Average 45 min-1 hour an 15 minuets at minimum wait time, ordering online just makes the wait longer because they don't make it until you go in. No compensation for wait times, have waited over an hour here before on multiple occasions, I under there're busy, there is no communication here. Awful service. You have to walk to the side to ask someone to come out of the back to even talk to you, or they'll just ignore you. Also since when did little Cesar's get rid of free crazy bread if they don't ask if you want it?? All around nothing but terrible experiences. There is an older women that works there and she has been super supportive of her staff an customers, however aside from her. Don't go here!!! Also, the manger today on June 12th at 6:00 is awful as well as the servicein general everyday, awful. I saw him training a new young man and he did not even explain or take the time to walk the poor boy threw the process. Just pointed and said do this that, an walked away. He did not care about the 6 people in the waiting area. Terrible terrible place and manager today. Not to mention the smell of Marijuana off him. And the fact that they have the ability to remove reviews is crazy!!! Hopefully this one doesn't get take down.... little Cesar's corporate needs to take a stop by here!!!! Or shut it down. Rude, careless unclean...
Read moreI usually don’t like leaving negative reviews, and I’ve eaten at other Little Caesars locations where the pizza is good and fresh. But this particular experience was very unpleasant, and I feel it’s worth sharing.
I ordered a pepperoni pizza and was handed one of the ones they already had prepared. I paid, tipped, and went to my car. When I opened the box, I saw that the pizza was completely hard, like a concrete block, and the dough was clearly not mixed properly. I went back to the store to explain the situation, and instead of acknowledging the issue, the employee started questioning what was wrong with the pizza—when it was visually obvious that the dough was bad.
I told him I wanted a fresh pizza and that he could keep the old one, since I didn’t want to carry that in my car and there was no trash bin outside. While he did agree to give me a new pizza, he forced me to take the old one with me—as if I were trying to get two pizzas to eat, which wasn’t the case. I simply wanted a fresh pizza, not garbage.
This review is a 1 star because of the lack of empathy and professionalism. The issue isn’t with the Little Caesars brand in general, but with this specific location and its poor...
Read moreI placed an order online to pick up 3 cheese pizzas on our way home from practice. When we arrived home I opened the pizza to find that 2 out of the 3 pizzas were missing a significant amount of cheese in the middle. I called the store to let them know this is unacceptable and I could see no way this was missed during the cutting and placing in the box process. So you 100% knowingly sent out product that was unsatisfactory! I was met with the option of driving back 15 minutes out my way to have the 2 pizzas remade. When I protested and asked why is that the only solution considering I paid for a product I didn’t receive and now would have to drive back just to have it fixed unbelievable. Then I was told the district manager herself packed my pizza so there was no way that it was as I described it. At that point I asked for her name and was hung up on. I called back and advised the correct course of action at this point would be store credit for the inconvenience in the amount of the 2 pizzas. The fact that I had to go through all that and attempt to fix these pizzas after a long day is beyond frustrating. How do you mess up not 1 but 2...
