Casey's — Restaurant in Knoxville

I stopped at this location for gas and coffee. As I filled up my coffee cup I informed the attendant at the register that the creamer dispenser needed to be restocked and he never moved then a few minutes later I informed the food service attendant the same thing with little or no active from that attendant. I patiently waiting a couple more minutes and checked back with the cash register attendant when he proceeded to speak in a highly rude tone to me that they didn't have any coffee creamer for the dispenser and I was so taken aback by his highly unprofessional tone that I stood there for long enough for him claim that I was trespassing so and he was going to call the cops and yelled at me to leave. As I left I told him that he provided poor customer service and headed the car then he decided to leave the store take a picture of the back license plate of the car by the gas pumps. As a former Iowan, I judge all Casey's by their taco pizza, and this one has some work to do. The tomato and lettuce needed to be chopped up further - the pieces were huge - and it was very light on taco chips. Well, and lettuce and tomato too. And I don't like that they are cutting them square now, which I know is not unique to this Casey's. But the pizza was ready when it was supposed to be, the employees were very friendly and the store was clean. They also put plenty of taco sauce in the box, so well done there. This particular location is a pain to get in and out of, but it's the closest one to where I work. Maybe next time I'll spring...

This is the worst Casey’s I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Didn’t give my DoorDash driver my pizza. I reordered 40 minutes later and they sent the old pizza as the new order. (Receipt still on it with the time stamp.) Just ordered for the third time, so maybe they’ll figure it out. Also, don’t even bother trying to call. They won’t answer.

Surprise, they messed the 3rd order up too, and tried sending the pizza from the 2nd order. (Time for order was 30 minutes before I even placed the order.) 2 hours into this and they still won’t...
