Starbucks — Restaurant in Knoxville

Disappointed! We rely on Starbucks for breaks on road trips, but this location has no restroom and no indoor or outdoor dining area. There aren't even any trash receptacles outside the building. The servers were very pleasant and service was relatively quick. We were underwhelmed by the breakfast sandwich and wrap; the texture seemed microwaved and undercooked. There seemed to be less meat than usual too. The brewed coffee was on the lukewarm side. You can do better, Starbucks.

I want to add that we have been very loyal customers of Starbucks, beginning in 1994, before your coffee made its way east of the Mississippi River. (i.e. Members of Starbucks Encore Club!!) Perhaps the demographic at which this location is aimed is not ours. In that case, I strongly recommend that you adapt the Google maps description to note that it is a drive- through/pick-up...

Visited this Starbucks location today and it was a very odd SB store. There was no menu, only one register with absolutely nothing around. There was no refrigerated section with food on display, no items for sale, SB gift cards displayed, cups or mugs - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. There was no seating area, no tables, and I didn’t even see a bathroom.

Yes, this Starbucks location is now open and it’s already off to a great start! Mornings here are full of friendly faces, accurate orders, and barely any wait time in the drive thru.
