Arby's — Restaurant in Kokomo

My sister and I ordered two Beef and Cheddar sandwiches and two medium fries w/ 4 cups of cheese for the fries. The fries were barely warm and most were hard. The cheddar cups we ordered for the fries are on the receipt but were not in the bag when we arrived home.The two beef and cheddar sandwiches barely had cheese on them at all. This is the only thing I eat from here and was very disappointed. I tried to call them and ask if this could be fixed and had no reply for any of the four times I attempted to call them. The phone just kept ringing to point where it would just hang up. I wish I could give a lower star rating. Next time we'll just drive to another location....

Bait and switch! Tried to use this coupon today. When I pulled up, I asked if they still had the "meat mountain" sandwich. They said yes. I told them I had a coupon that said buy a sandwich get one free, and I wanted two of them. They argued with me that it wasn't valid for that sandwich. I argued that the ONLY exclusion listed was sliders. Another person got on the speaker and also told me I couldn't use this coupon for that sandwich. You can't change the terms of what is printed on the coupon, that's fraud and shady business practices. You owe me a free meat mountain sandwich. 😠👎I will follow up...

Arby's roast beef sandwiches are probably the worst type over roast beef that there is oh, like I thought I hated roast beef because the only roast beef I've ever had was Arby's slop. Only until I'd ever had real roast beef did I realize I don't hate roast beef I hate Arby's roast beef. But I have to give it to them that their Deli is on point like the only thing that you could do better is spaced out the meat to where it's not a ball in the middle of the sandwich but other than that the deli is a five-star, this is only a 4-star because of how atrocious your roast beef is and how I know...
