Scoops Ice Cream — Restaurant in Kokomo

Never been to Scoops before and they were definitely busy, waited in the drive thru for about seven to ten minutes total including getting our icecreams and I must say it was definitely beyond worth the wait! The icecream was amazing and definitely worth the price. The lemon shake up was very light on the lemon flavor but was still there and very refreshing, a pleasant twist for sure. The watermelon ice(small size) was way better than I ever anticipated and the brownie/ cookie dough quake (large size) was outstanding and all of it was well worth the wait and the price! Overall for just less than fifteen dollars it was an amazing experience we definitely will return too. The guy in the drive thru window was amazing as well, great customer service, overall amazing, friendly experience I will definitely be recommending to anyone who wants a recommendation for ice cream 😊 . I had high hopes for my visit to Scoops, but unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. After placing our order, we were completely ignored, and to make matters worse, one item was missing from our order. We patiently waited for over 10 minutes for the window to open so we could address the issue, but instead of acknowledging us, the employees chose to open the window for another customer who was waiting after us.

This lack of attention and basic customer service was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The disregard for our presence left us feeling neglected and upset. It's unfortunate because the atmosphere at Scoops has potential, but the poor service has completely soured my view of the place.

Just went through drive through, I ordered a lime slushy (with vanilla ice cream) a lemon slushy, a blue raspberry slushy, a bubble gum ice cream in a waffle bowl, and a single serving of coffee ice cream. The girl kept telling me to “hold on” when I was ordering. Repeated my order back to me wrong or just wasn’t listening, then she says “I’ll have your total at the window”. Got up to the window and they handed me the wrong order (a kids cup of vanilla ice cream and a scoop of chocolate), I told them it wasn’t mine then they gave me a blueberry waffle cone, my three slushies (the lime slushy didn’t have the ice cream I ordered in it, I got so frustrated I just left and they charged me $21 for 3 slushies and a scoop of ice cream....
