Changing my rating back to minimal for Saturday noon shift. We have never been that neglected as then. We were standing 20 mins with 4 kids from 2 years old to 6 years old and were simply ignored. All people who arrived after us were served. After 20 mins of waiting I spoke with two sales people but received cold “sorry, we are too busy, too much going on here” This is not a place for kids, the people that are hired there are cold hearted bunch of teenagers, who don’t care. I am submitting a complain in the central Baskin-Robbin’s Customer service . This location is discrediting this used to be respectful chain’s name and literally is killing the business. Shame on you. Older Reviews: A month later after we left our previous review below, we are here again, and we are completely happy today. Our issues were fixed, kids were heard, served nicely with respect. The rest of the team is between great and amazing. One girl was taking my order was not focusing on us. I was with three grandkids from 3 to 6, required my attention. First one asked for a cup with two kid size scoops (1 - rocky road, 1 - lemon) She took regular size scoop and made one despite me telling her that she misunderstood. My kid cried saying that she wanted two scoops in her one cup. Finally, the sales person understood that she didn’t serve us right, she threw the scoop away and told us that another person will come to serve us. Meanwhile, she was standing right at the same place at front of us behind the ice creams for 5 mins. Read moreOk. Let's talk about common sense and good judgement. Which apparently these 2 employees have none. I'm in Baskin Robbins almost everyday at this same location. I ordered my ice cream and was ready to pay. The total came to $3.36. I had a $50. 2 one dollar bills and change that totaled about .90¢. They informed me they can't take larger than $20. Nothing on a card. They both stand there and say they can't do anything but the total is $3.36. So either decide to take a $50 or let me have it for about .46¢ less. So let's just waste a $3.36 cup of ice cream and throw it away. Rather than taking what I have less .46¢ or changing a $50.
I walked out very disappointed in the 2 girls working. Neither one stepped up to offer the .46¢ to help. Or decided to go ahead and take the $50 or just let me have it.
In my day seeing as I am in there almost everyday, it would have been worth saying: Enjoy your ice cream and we will see you next time. Or something reasonable. Not letting your customer walk out with nothing.
I had to write a review. When I saw the low rating of 3 I figured out why it happened the way it did.
Another low rating from a very dissatisfied customer. But it obviously means nothing to anyone here. Probably won't visit this store again. Too many convenience stores sell ice cream and can probably figure out how to make a sale and keep a customer satisfied.

The ratio of cake to ice cream was WAY off. They just don’t make these cakes like they used to.
Not impressed. We ordered an ice cream cake a week out and they asked TWO days prior if we could change the cake flavor because they may or may not have the one we want. Poor planning.
