Extremely Disappointed: McDonald's Fails to Deliver and Refuses to help
I recently had a truly disappointing experience with McDonald's, and I feel compelled to share my frustration and dissatisfaction. Not only did they charge my card for food that I never received, but their manager's lack of assistance and provision of a false number for help added insult to injury.
Upon placing my order at the drive-thru, I eagerly anticipated enjoying my meal. To my dismay, after paying and waiting for an extended period of time, my order never arrived. Feeling perplexed and cheated, I immediately sought the assistance of the manager on duty.
However, the manager's response was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility for the oversight or offering a solution, they simply shrugged off my concerns and claimed there was nothing they could do. To make matters worse, when I asked for a contact number to escalate the issue, the manager provided me with a false number, showing a complete lack of accountability.
The lack of customer service and professionalism demonstrated by this McDonald's location is deeply concerning. It is unacceptable for a business to charge customers for items they never receive and then refuse to assist or provide appropriate avenues for resolution.
I strongly urge McDonald's corporate office to address these issues promptly and take corrective measures to ensure that customers are treated with respect and provided with satisfactory solutions. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and has significantly impacted my trust in the McDonald's brand.
As a loyal customer who has frequented McDonald's for years, I expect better. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the management and staff of this particular location to reevaluate their practices and prioritize customer satisfaction.
Until significant improvements are made and this issue is rectified, I cannot recommend this McDonald's to anyone seeking a positive...

Just a heads up to everyone. Now that we have started getting a little (very little) bit of competition for places to eat in Kyle, you would expect some of the existing places to start upping their game, seeing as how they are not the only game in town any longer. It was in this hope that I placed an order for McDonald's today to grab a quick and easy lunch. Did a mobile order, then went and parked where I was supposed to and checked in. Then waited. Waited some more. Finally, after about half an hour, went inside to check. The young lady whose attention I was finally able to get after several minutes of being ignored said that my order just had not come up yet, and that I would need to wait. I said that she didn't even know which order was mine, but she just turned around and left me standing there. Went and waited another 15 minutes, then went back to the counter. Couldn't get anyone to pay attention at the pick-up station, so I went to the cashier. From the slack-jawed expression on his face, I evidently confused him, so he went and got a manager. The manager spent several minutes poking buttons on the register before letting me know that they did not have my order in the system. I showed him the receipt on my phone, and he put in another order for me. When he finally brought it out, I asked him why they would lose my order, but were certainly on top of things when they withdrew the funds from my checking account at the time of the original order, he just said "whatever" and turned away. Turns out they still did not give me the full...
Read moreIf I could give it zero stars I would. McDonald’s is typically efficient at being predictable. Unfortunately this one does not live up to the brand. On Monday morning at 5:30 AM my crew and I were heading out to perform work on a project with a trailer in tow. We simply wanted breakfast. Since we could not fit through the lanes with the trailer in tow I waited and knocked on the window and asked the lady if I could place my order. I was told that I would have to download the app and place my order there. First of all this made me mad because instead of being able to take my order at the window I now had to download an app that I did not want on my phone in the first place. Secondly when I finally downloaded and figured my way through their app and placed my order the system stated that I could not pick up my order because it was before 6 AM. We just wanted to get a quick fast breakfast and be on our way not have to go through annoying hoops and hurdles and be delayed by half an hour.
Second negative event was today Wednesday. I stopped by simply to get a mocha. The line wrapped around the building and unfortunately you could not go inside to place your order (I don’t understand why the interior is not open in our current state). I thought to myself that generally McDonald’s is quick so I would brave the line. Unfortunately this was again a mistake. The attendant who was out taking orders took my order and my payment and moved to the next car. This was fine except now I was stuck in the line having already paid, unable to cancel my order that I wanted to do after the first 20 minutes and did not make it to the head of the line or get my order for another 50 minutes. Never again will I use...
