Hi Folks,
Let me tell you about the worst experience you may have as a customer. Firstly. We were told to expect our new bed between noon and five last night (Saturday), they showed up after six. Then, almost immediately the foreman began complaining about the sales person who'd sold us the bed. The agreement my wife made, was that they would move my hospital bed (I'm paraplegic) into the living room, creating room for our new bed in the family room and then remove our old King sized bed (and NO we didn't go cheep. We bought thier top of the line Temper Pedic King sized bed to replace our old one.)
So now, for Christmas, they've left my hospital bed in our kitchen and the old king sized bed in the hallway upstairs, with the promise that they'll try to make it right on Monday (Christmas Eve). Mean while, we have a hospital bed in our kitchen and a King sized bed blocking our hallway upstairs.
Also, as they left, they complained that they still had five more victims to deliver beds to.
So we spent the first night in our very expensive new bed, fuming about their unprofessionalism. My feeling is, if you have an issue with your company, please don't take it out on your paying customers, do what is agreed to and do it on time.
I mean, it is kind of like a dealership, prewrecking a new car and then delivering it to the customer that way, along with a business card for a body shop that would fix it for you.
If you are foolish enough to buy from this business, I hope you have better luck than we have, so far.

Sunday, 23rd of Dec.
One Matress Showroom employee stopped by today, after 6pm, to help my 58 year old wife carry the hospital bed out of kitchen and into livingroom.
Our old king sized bed is still blocking our upstairs hallway.
Just remember, this could be you if you do business here.

Matters Showroom never did pick up King Sized bed. We finely disposed of it ourselves.

Read moreWe too had a delivery issue. Went in last Saturday just after 9 am, 1st thing, to purchase mattress. Ad stated "SAME DAY DELIVERY ". We were then told they were too busy to deliver on that day. They said Monday for sure. Monday, we waited for call from these people to give us delivery time, we heard nothing. We couldn't wait any longer, had a commitment. I called store mid afternoon and was told Tuesday (New Year's Eve day) for sure between 10 am to 2 pm it would be delivered. So Tuesday, again heard nothing. I called store at 1:20 and talked to Grace who said she'd call delivery people to find out their ETA and would call me right back. She never called me back!! I then called her back at 2:30 and asked what what going on!! At this point, we're almost giving up. She claimed they tried to call me which was not true. She said any moment, we'd get the delivery!! I told her we'd give her till 3 pm then we'd need to cancel and go elsewhere. She never called back to try to keep the deal together, no management ever called us..nothing!! So at 3 pm my husband called to cancel the transaction. Then an hour and half later, while we were having early dinner at restaurant, we get a call from delivery person ready to deliver!! This poor guy didnt have a clue as to what was happening!! Grace never called her delivery folks to cancel transaction! They may not have a delivery cost and product costs are competitive; but they seriously lack customer service skills and don't try to accommodate...

It’s expensive, but she gave a great discount on top of a discount. She was pleasant, patient, caring, and very knowledgeable about all the beds. Watching her with other customers while I waiting was amazing. I thought that I was a great sales lady, but Joni gives me completion. She also gave us a call to remind us about our delivery 🚚.
