I love supporting the artisans who create exquisite handmade children's clothing at The Women's Exchange. My favorite baby shower gift was a classic St. Louis cherry suit that celebrities from the Kennedys to Andy Cohen dress their children in "the cherry dress (or suit for the boys)". When my boys were little, I'd buy smocked and applique jon jons and longalls here and it is my "go to" store for St. Louis Cardinal or cherry dresses for baby or one year old birthday gifts. So after being ignored and snubbed, I put everything back and left. It’s unfortunate that basic customer service is not even the standard at this store.
Will be advising friends and family not to come. It’s not worth it. There are many other stores in the same shopping strip that will treat their...
