CC's Coffee House — Restaurant in Lafayette

I was there on October 28th 2022 and ordered a french toast mochasippi. The nice young lady named gabby stated they were out of the French toast but could make one that tasted the same. So I took her up on the offer and boy was she telling the truth. So today I went back to get another French toast mochasippi and gabby was at the window. I told her I remembered her from the drink she made last time. She went on to say she remembered and stated her it while you came because we are starting the new holiday flavors soon. She mentioned that they have a eggnog one that will be really good. So after she gave me my drive I told her I would be back to their location and will be asking for her next time. Her professionalism and the way she has a smile and greet the customers it’s something that myself look for whenever I go somewhere‘s and it makes me want to continue to go back to that specific location. Don’t order a drink here on the weekend in the morning if u want your drink done the right way. I’ve ordered my drinks through DoorDash and never had issues through the week and the one time I get my friend to pick my drink up on his way to my house today it’s done completely wrong, it’s rotten coffee flavored, ordered a super grande and took 2 sips and had to throw away before it made me sick because it was that bad. My friend said they were a hot mess today. Guess I will make sure to always use other locations from now on. And no I will not be emailing you to tell you more about my experience because I just did. I know that I won’t get a response, so no don’t tell me to send you an email to tell you more about my experience and how to make it better. Making it better is training your staff to know how not to use rotten coffee and what coffee to use. What a shame. Shame...

Last time I came to this location, I couldn’t put my straw in my drink because there was so much ice. This time I asked them to just put a regular amount of ice and this is what my drink looks like.

The barista specifically said that their owner told them to put more ice in the drinks because the price of milk has gone up.

To be clear, I didn’t order “light ice “so I can get more drink. I just want a regular drink that I paid eight dollars for to actually be the drink that I paid eight dollars for.

I contacted Corporate about this, but apparently this location is locally owned and operated so they don’t answer to corporate.
