So I hate giving places one star ratings, but it has to happen. This review doesn't just include the issues in the store, it includes issues with the panda online ordering.
We'll start with the store, the staff is mostly friendly, but completely disorganized, if you ask for something that person will have one person start yelling at them that they're out while another is trying to hand over the item to help. I've ordered there 4 times, first time I went there perfect, no issues, every other time I've either been given the wrong order (with the correct bag and label), had things missing, or ignored notes. I believe based on the online system, the notes aren't actually getting to them.
The online system is extremely limited, drinks can only be requested to be diet coke, zero sugar coke, fanta, or sprite, nothing else from fountain. They've removed the toggles for asking for sauces, chopsticks, and more. There's a notes line that you can add notes for say, no ice in a drink, or maybe sauces, etc. None of that is getting to the staff, it's not being touched, and it's not printed on the receipt. It's in my online order, and I've not had a problem with it at other stores, but I've not been to others lately so I'm not sure if it's a new update that's messed up their stuff or what. Not too mention the hassle it is too get a refund or stuff replaced because they can't deal with it over the phone or online. You're better off reversing the transaction with your bank. Frankly at this point I recommend people just start doing that because it will send a message real quick that the corp needs to get their act together before they can expect the stores to. The stores are setup to fail with the new stuff, the ones that have been functioning are fine, but better off when the new stuff works.
I was super excited for this location because going to the other two is a huge pain, and delivery is a hard nope unless you're...
Read moreSo this is a brand new restaurant. I loveeeeee panda so much one of my go to favorites places for date night. I come here atleast 1 to 2 times a week everytime we order 2 bigger plates , 2 large cream cheese ragoons and a few other entrees and end up spending anywhere from $25 to $ 30 each so weekly I spend anywhere from $60 to $120 inside your restaurant. It was between 515pm and 535 pm I went in kept having to repeat myself several times as well the people operating the line was calling stuff back to the cooks and it wasn't being heard so there was several waits on food because they had the music Blasting foul music and treating the restaurant as if it was a bar or party house. So sad as panda has always carried themselves well and always has wonderful food. So sad to see the manager running this multi million dollar establishment so poorly. Didn't give me my discount but punched my card. When I brought it to the managers attention his replie was "well what do you want me to do about it" " I mean if it's that concerning I can refund you and it takes 2 days to get money back then recharge you" how sad what a way to treat valued guests. Specially in the world we are living in now when people are being more frugal with their money and businesses are going bankrupt besides your employees yiur guests should be one of your most valued people in the building. Had to wait a total of like 12 mins or more because of their loud music they didn't hear that they was selling 2 large orders of ragoons so they only cooked one so I had to wait a second time while my $41 worth of food was getting cold. I understand playing music but you run a business where communication is key to success so why hinder that by allowing the music to be...
Read moreit was my moms first time ever to panda she’s always heard of it but never really had it. so i thought i should take her when i got off work. well first of all they first asked what we wanted we said we needed a moment especially since she hasn’t been here. then proceeds to ask if we’re ready to order again. so we pretty much felt rushed. we kept switching from bowl to plate just trying to see what would be best for us and also the fam. the girl continues to talk w some type of attitude. then once we get to the window and pay they tell us to go park at #1. we waited there for almost about 15 minutes until my mom decided let’s just go in because we kept seeing cars and cars pass by from the drive thru. just to be blunt they forgot about or order.🤦🏽♀️ lol crazy when you told US to park because the orange chicken wasn’t ready? yeah okay that cannot be a coincidence from the first ordeal we had. honestly before going here check the menu online IF you haven’t been here before. they’re not friendly with new...
