My wife and I were passing through town and stopped for a burger and a chicken sandwich. After 20 minutes of waiting in the drive through line I went in to find that my order “had been done for a while” and “it must have been skipped”. I took my order and left. To find that the order is wrong. There was a manager outside and I tried to say something. She rolled her eyes at me. So I went back around to wait in line again. Was told I could have a new sandwich made or get my money back. I didn’t want a chicken sandwich with a side of spit, so I said I wanted my money back. Had to pull ahead again Now I’m dealing with the same manager (Gracie) that rolled her eyes at me. I got my money back. I was also told I was wrong about her eye rolling (I checked my cameras on my Tesla, and yep, eyes were rolled) I was treated as if I offended them by expecting drive thru to include them bringing me my sandwich’s or expecting them to be made right. I was wrong when I threw my sandwich on the ground outside by the drive thru window, but if I had to wait (now over 28 minutes) and didn’t get to eat lunch, at least someone would have to clean it up. Yep by this time I was pissed. I will be contacting corporate about this. And particularly about Gracie and the disgusting way she tried lying her way out her behavior. I know no one at corporate will be able to do anything to fix this. And I know no one will read this and make a choice to eat here or not, but I was wronged, then I was treated badly by the person that wronged me. Read morePlease read all: My husband and I went through drive through. The person taking our order was nice and put in everything correctly. We wait for our food. They didn't put in the extra cup of cheese we ordered so we had to go inside to grab it. Get home and come to find out they didn't put bacon on my husband's sandwich even though it was on the receipt. That stinks because it costs extra.
The WORST part, is that my husband and I both got sudden GI tract discomfort and urgent diarrhea a little while after eating. Close to the same time. Seeing as how neither of us ate the same thing for 2 days prior, it had to be Culver's. Today both of our stomachs are slightly irritated and gurgling. I love Culver's, but now I don't trust you for anything. Update: it has been a week since I contacted the company directly. I specifically requested they contact me. Read moreI would rate this place zero stars if I could. This is the WORST culvers I have ever been to, I used to even work at one for 3 years not long ago. I stopped here on a long drive home to get food and ordered a meal for me and my boyfriend. The problematic meal was a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun, no tomato but add cheddar cheese, and cheese curds. The lady who took our order was insanely rude to us. Then we get an order that’s not ours, so I go inside to get the correct one. The ladies in the front kept insisting that this food was our food but it was a double cheeseburger meal without our name or number on it. After running around for 10 minutes about this with 5 separate people, we get the food. I get to the car and pull off getting out the food.
