I never complain, but today I saw the worst in this location. You know how they have a person standing out there and taking orders instead of at the speaker? Well this kid who had to be under 18 was out there and a bird attacked his eye. I didn't see the incident but his eye looked really bad and in need of urgent care. Yet he was still taking orders outside! The kid was very friendly and courteous despite this issue but I could tell he was in a lot of pain. He even apologized and explained the issue but he had no need to apologize for what happened. All I can say and I'm sure others can to is he shouldn't have been working. I felt bad for him, but also appreciated how polite and nice he was so I gave him a tip. When we pulled around to the window and got our food they forgot one of our tacos. No problem, it happens. My mom went back inside to get the missing item. She over heard a employee telling the manager inside about what happened to the kid, and the manager didnt do anything. While we were eating in the parking lot a employee was outside smoking while they had cars piling in the drive thru? Why couldnt she be taking his place and give him a break? Or at least time to be checked out? But he was still out there taking orders, no break, and no concern from management. I dont know if they have people out there because the speaker is broke or because theyre trying to quiken there drive thru time but what i saw tonight was utterly uncalled for. Read moreI am never going to be desperate enough to attempt eating here again. There is always an absurdly long wait, regardless of drive thru or dine-in(I have clocked 15 minutes to receive my order on average), and there is always at least one thing wrong with each order.
But tonight takes the cake. We were in the drive through at roughly 9:30-9:45 tonight, Wednesday, January 31. It took roughly five minutes of my husband and I sitting at the speaker(with only one truck ahead of us at the window) to start our order. I do not know if the girl taking orders was new or just insanely incompetent, but she needs to be immediately re-trained. We stated our order, clearly, twice. Each time she entered it wrong and started to get a bit of an attitude about it even though we were being respectful about it. When she entered our order in wrong for the third time and we tried to correct her, she stated that we told her wrong(after correctly and consistently repeating our order multiple times) basically saying we were lying. No apology, no respectful request to repeat our order. You do not snottily accuse customers of being liars when they are completely in the right, and basically refuse to input a very simple order correctly. Finally after she tried arguing with us, we just left altogether. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I really hope either she reads this and learns from her mistake, or a manager reads this, and she receives re-training. This is not how you run a successful business. Read moreI had an unfortunate experience here the other day. I ordered online for 6:30pm pickup & when I walked up someone yelled out of there car "check your order before you leave, they have gotten my order wrong 3 times!!" When I got inside it was busy, everyone was waiting for online orders. No one acknowledged me at all & by 6:50pm I was thinking of canceling my order. Around 7pm it started to slow down & I stood by the register trying to get someone's attention, around 7:10pm the drive through associate came & asked me about my order, I explained I placed a pickup order online for 6:30pm and showed him the name & that I chose in lobby pickup. He looked into it & said some how it got sent to the drive thru & it doesn't get started right away. They finally started my order and I received it almost an hour after my scheduled pick up time. I missed the movie I wanted to see unfortunately, but I got my food! The food was ok, could have been filled a bit more. After this experience the reason for my 4 star review is the Manager, Lisa. I put in feedback online & she gave me a call that same evening to get feedback & see what happened. She listened to me and assured me that they are working on staffing & getting things up to snuff but it has been difficult with training so many new people & being busy which I completely understand.
