Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Lafayette

I actually want to give a shoutout to the workers. There was 2 females and a male and they were absolutely crushing orders on 6/7! They were swamped because of the promo on doordash but handled it very well. My order was actually about 30 minutes behind but they were doing all that they could to plow through. I could see a stack of about 20 orders and counting. These systems many times allow for an unrealistic amount of orders to be generated. They weren't taking it slow or not caring as you see some in fast food that don't care about their job. They were up for the challenge and quickly moving through orders as fast as they could. They would have a portion prepped just waiting for meat which sped up...

After hearing about this place's subs for year my wife and I were excited to stop by and try the hype.

It did not disappoint. The subs were fantastic. The agave soda on tap was delicious. We ordered both hot and cold subs and they were perfectly made.

I need to give special shout out to the 2 ladies behind the counter keeping the store in check. There were only 4 people working, 1 was on break and the other one was 'helping,' but these 2 grey ladies were handling an unending stream of people coming in and out for mobile pickups, and handling the people eating inside, and answering questions, and taking complex substitutions. They were rockstars and just wanted to shout them out.

6/3/2023 Yet another outstanding Jersey Mike's experience! So much better than other sub shops in town. Once again, though, it is their exemplary staff that really makes for the best experience. The manager on duty, Patti, and the rest of the staff are amazing. Thanks for this dining experience!

This was a return visit, and I must say, it was equally as pleasurable as my first. What I found most amazing is that, even though it's been a few weeks since my first visit, the same staff was there! And, the manager even remembered my Son and me! Their subs are made with the freshest of ingredients, and meat is actually cut as you watch, not taken from a pre-sliced package. Definitely one of...
