Attempting to order via text message as the website gives incentives to do so. I keep getting back an automated response that says they can not deliver to my address even though I was requesting a pickup order. I tried it 5 or 6 times and worded it different ways but couldn't get the service to work as stated on the website so I called the store to see if they could help. Matt answered and said he didn't know what I was talking about and would have to get the manager on duty, June 22, 2024 to see what he could do.
The manager came on the phone, I explained the issue and asked for assistance. He told me that they don't deal with text orders and he can't help me. I asked if he could take my order over the phone and match the discount, he refused. I asked again if he could assist me in some way and he told me he didn't have the time right now because they were kind of busy. He said that it would take too much time and a phone call to fix my problem and he wasn’t doing that. I asked “So, that means you are refusing to help me?” That’s when he hung up on me. I guess I won't ever be going to this place for anything if that's the way a manager handles something that should be a simple customer...
Read moreOn April 17th, 2020, I placed an order through Jet's online ordering. Jets took my money, but never delivered. I have tried to call them multiple times (11 times in the past two days), to resolve the issue, and they've only answered once. The one time that they answered, they put me on hold and the call eventually went to voice mail. Since they seem to insist on keeping my money, and not delivering thier product, they'll not get any more of my business. Update: The next day, I drove over to Jets and continued to call until I pulled up. When I got there the "Open" sign was off and the employees were standing around, in the back, and appeared to be doing nothing. There definitely wasn't anyone up front making pizzas. When I asked why they weren't answering I was told that they were busy. When I asked about my order, from the previous day, I was told that they were not open. I explained that they took my money and was told that it should be returned in 7 days. They clearly had no intention of fulfilling my order and think that it is ok to keep my money for 7 days. I've been nothing, but a loyal, regular customer....
Read more5 stars just isn't enough!! From the sweet girl who took my order to the MOST AWESOME guy who delivered my pizza, my experience was one of the best I ever had! I'm from Chicago and traveling for work, I ordered my original dinner and waited waited and waited for over 2 hrs for food that never came. Exhausted and hungry, I called Jets who the girl who took my order was so pleasant and helpful. My pizza came fast and hot and the guy delivering it was amazing, greeted me with a smile and although he didn't know the hell I went through, he really made my night and restored my faith in humanity! What an absolutely fantastic experience and would HIGHLY recommend them and they will be my go-to when I pass through!...
