Update. The next day, I visited the store and the manager was super helpful. I received Moe's bucks to compensate for the inconvenience and an explanation to understand why the call was not answered. I left satisfied and appreciate their good efforts to be fair and correct the experience! Looking forward to my next meal from there. They are the only Moe's in town now!
Recommend that you order in store for take out and not online so you can watch them make it. 1/3/21- Currently on hold in my 4th attempt to call the store and speak with to them about an error with our pickup order consisting of two orders of nachos. One key ingredient missing though, the liquid gold known as, ...Queso! Since I picked up the order around 7:10pm., I wanted to call and make sure it would be ready if I drove back to the store. The problem I have now is that, of the three people working in the store when I picked up the order, no one seems to hear the phone ring after the hold music on my end stops and the phone rings. After one to two rings it cycles back to the same tune for a minute or two before one or two rings again. Upon three to four cyles of this, the call disconnects. So, we made our own queso to remedy the problem. Disappointed today but not angry, there could be another techinical issue as to why the phones weren't picked up. Read moreI honestly hate leaving bad reviews to places, but the experience we just had with this location was pathetic. We are delivering for DoorDash, and we got a Job to pick up an order for a customer. We put an order in for our selves too but when we arrived at the location they had a sign on the door stating they were closed for their Christmas party which we would like to state for clarity; we have no problem with.
However, online ordering was in full effect both on the app and with DoorDash, which makes no sense as it's a popular location for orders. We were very confused with how to now work through the online payments both for us and the customer of DoorDash. The person who answered the phone was not very considerate at all, and went on to tell us that he didnt see either of the orders..... Had the associate who answered the phone been more understanding and willing to cooperate with us I wouldnt have left this complaint even though this whole ordeal leaves the impression that they lack the foresight to plan events with online communities in mind.
We still dont know the details of how or if for sure we will be refunded, although to be fair, the associate said over the phone we would.

Read moreFood is ok. Restaurant is FILTHY and old. We have visited less and less. Needs remodeled. UPDATE: 8-12-25 went in to eat. Had not been in quite awhile. Ordered a Chicken Quesadilla. Young woman making it apparently did not know how and another employee was helping. Nothing wrong with that but the helper then reached down and pinched off some of the cheese the other employee had added. Mind you, she pinched off a small amount as apparently THAT was beyond the value Moe's allows for their already expensive offerings. Anyway, that was it, we said we are leaving. They asked us why and we told them. You could have left the tiny pinch of cheese and then coached the other employee later as to the amount Moe's allows, but no, you chose to show your cheapness in front of the customer. Regardless, this is good food just poor choices. My money can be better spend elsewhere. On a side note, family and I recently got back from Orlando and went to Moe's there. 100% better, clean, modern, no pinching off of "too much cheese" I suspect this location in Lafayette is managed this way and not all Moe's are...
