Horrible experience last night! The delivery driver handed me the pizza and said oops i forgot your receipt so i cant let you have the pizza without signing it. I said so id have to wait to eat while you drive back and forward with my pizza? She said yes so I said thats too inconvenient. So she turned around and drove off spinning tires. The hotel manager said eveytime she delivers to us (Wingate Hotel) we have a issue. I went to my room and noticed my order was wrong anyway so i called the manager Stacy and she was very rude, nasty and hung up in my face. I called back to get her name and a cashier answered the phine saying rhe manager doesnt want to talk to you and she hung up. I called back and said i just need to know her name and the general manager information they handed the phone to another guy and girl who told me the manager was having a bad day and they apologized but I can never order there again. They shouldn't have apologized the manager should have. As a manager its your duty to problem solve, conflict resolution, apologize etc instead I was hung up on, given msgs from cashiers and cooks! They were upset because she had them being the middle man. I've never experienced such unprofessional conduct. The guy they put on the phone was very rude as well. I told him that id have to record the calls because she was in the back ground saying very nasty things and he said well congratulations. I'm like what type of rude nasy ppl do Dominos have working for them. If y'all keep those ppl there yall are going to loose customers. Look at your reviews for this location they're AWFUL and I bet it's because of them....
Read moreI placed an online order at 2:49 on 1/9/22 for delivery. Payment went through and all. I have kids at home waiting on their pizza. At 4:24 pm I called to see where is the pizza. Only to be told by someone half asleep there is not a delivery person available until 5 pm. No apology or anything only can you come pick up the order. I asked would the order be remade since it's been over an hour. Silence on the line then a reluctant i guess so. This is a huge inconvenience as I am experiencing the raft of covid right now. So now I must muster the strength the go up there. Why if the order was placed online and you had no drivers how hard is it to pick up the phone to say such. This is totally unacceptable. You have lost me as a customer. I will go where my money and time are appreciated. Common sense and common courtesy not practiced at this establishment. Read morewe ordered a pizza with alfredo sauce, chicken, and buffalo drizzle on top. it had no alfredo sauce and no buffalo sauce on it. we went back up to the store and showed them, and asked for it to be remade. no refund. we just wanted it to be corrected. the pizza we got was literally just bread and cheese and chicken. the guy at the front register said yes we can remake it, he went to the back to remake it and the manager stopped him and told him no. the manager came up to the front and proceeded to yell at us and tell us we were wrong and he would not be remaking it. we showed him. and he didn’t care. he claimed it was made correctly. i showed him the receipt were it clearly says we ordered alfredo and the buffalo and he just kept yelling that he wasn’t going to remake it. absolutely insane. what a waste of money, and a complete downer to our date/movie night we had planned. first time ever ordering from this dominoes and we will without a doubt never attempt to place another order with them again. avoid this one. go to...
