We had the best experience tonight at the corporate plaza Dominos in LaGrange. We were so surprised and so excited to see Chris Rogers back at this location. He always has in years past when he worked here before and STILL DOES provide the absolute best customer service and is always so kind and going the extra mile to ensure our family is 100 percent taken care of. We hope to see him back here regularly, the kids were just over the moon when they saw him there tonight!!! It doesn’t get much better than Chris Rogers service and fresh pizza! Dominos is lucky to have such an incredible employee - one of a kind! DOMINOS you are lucky to have him, and we will be back much more often if we know Chris will be there working! It is the difference between a Chick-fil-A / Ritz Carlton level of customer service! Vs. McDonald’s when the ice cream machine is down ( today it was the slushee, milk shake, ice cream, AND frappe WERE ALL UNAVAILABLE) not one employee cared at all, although we waited in line for quite a while and that was actually the only thing we were there for..so a big waste of time. Epic fail. It is rare in Lagrange and the food industry in general, to find staff that genuinely care and show concern. Chris really cares and does his job to his very best ability ensuring 100 percent customer satisfaction! Corporate Plaza really needs someone with this same enthusiasm and care. we may just eat here after dance and ball practice every night! 10/10 recommend Chris Rogers and 10/10 think he should be a permanent fixture at Corporate Plaza! Read moreTried the App and it didn't allow for changes to be made to anything. For example, we wanted double meat on a sub and since it didn't allow it through the app we decided to call and place the order. When we called it was answered at a call center, the person had a hard time understanding me, I had to spell "Willis" multiple times. I answered every question and they asked me to repeat each answer at least twice. I started the order and asked for double meat, was told that it wasn't an option on the App that they were using, yes, the call center was using the app I already had on my phone, absolutely ridiculous.
We have eaten at many Domino's and know for a fact that double meat is an option. I asked if I could call the store and was told no. They were located in the Philippines and had directions they had to abide by.
The 1 star is simply to get them to notice that it took forever for them to get the information clear in where it was being delivered. Then they didn't understand the items I was ordering, A philly cheesesteak SUB. She kept stating it was a PIZZA. It was so frustrating that I thanked her for her time and hung up. I was on the phone for quite a while at that point. This restaurant doesn't care about customer convenience or satisfaction, that is very obvious.

Read moreTonight my family and I ordered pizza from dominos at 101 cooperate st lagrange ga. This was our first time ordering from them because we are new to the community. I ordered our food online considering they were only 5 mins away and it's Friday night we figured there would be a wait. So as we are watching the progress of the order in the tracker online I saw that our pizza was in a quality check at 9.15 about a hour goes by and it's still in quality check which means it's sitting under a heat lamp. I call to the store to inquire on our order the young man explains to me that yes our was ready and yes it had been sitting under a heat lamp for over an hour at this point. The Driver finally arrived at our home about 10.30 with cold pizza and cold wings. I got in my car and drove to the location. I had to knock on the window to get someones attention to come to the door. A young man came to the door. I explained that our foods was cold and if they could remake it he locked the door and left me standing outside. But there are two other patrons sitting inside. I knocked on the window again where I was ignored until the young man who opened the door the first time came out the back and I asked for my money back. This was the worst experience.
