Waffle House — Restaurant in Lake Charles

To all of my loyal customers and you know who you are, I just want to settle the Rumors that I am still present to give you the best service within my power. And no, I am not sick. I am alive and well. My schedule is 2-9 from Thursday till Sunday. And I will be back on the schedule from 9 Tuesday nights till 7am Wednesday. The only thing that happened to me is that I have been dealing with a slight knee problem. Physical Therapy has helped and is now unwarranted. Once again, despite the rumors that I hear from my clients (And I don't know why) I am alive and well. I miss you all and looking forward to the opportunity to giving you the best service possible. As you all know, I'm not perfect, but I strive to be. And once again, there is nothing wrong with my health and I'm still Alive and Kicking to give you the best service possible. I know each and every one of you work hard. And it is a privilege when you put your time and your money in my hands. I Love each and everyone of you. Placed a to-go order and the waitress lied and said she put silverware when I asked for some and once I got home noticed that our food was completely wrong. My husband and I have an allergy to onions & both were made with onions despite instructions not to add them. All of our added toppings were missing that we paid for and our waffles were burnt. My husband had to go to work and we’re a one vehicle family, so I couldn’t bring them back. Tried to call but they do not even have a working phone number. Came up there the next day and showed my receipt and explained what happened only to have the manager too busy to talk to anyone (there was zero people dining in there). He refused to remake it or even speak to me. Almost $50 for food we couldn’t eat and was a total loss. AVOID THIS WAFFLE HOUSE BECAUSE THE MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL AND ARE TOO BUSY IN THEIR PERSONAL LIFE TO DO ANYTHING IF YOUR FOOD...

I wish I could leave zero stars. Staff threatened to jump my sister who's a minor. Little short waitress about 4'11/5'0 with gold hair vaping inside and cursing at my sister. I could say big fat sloppy waitress who just sat down the whole time, but Ima just say she has a short black bobb was getting buck and threatened people for literally no reason. I told her she was being unprofessional and she said "you're being unprofessional", says exactly why she'll be working dead end jobs and probably fired back to back. If I was management, I would just fire and replace the whole crew except that one poor white guy. With attitudes that nasty, I can't see why anyone would visit. I'm convinced the two decent reviews were paid for. I didn't even end up eating my food bc why would I want to eat from people who talk to guests that way.
