AMAZING STAFF! Sweet, well mannered, polite, and knowledgeable. Quick to help with anything I needed or any questions I had. I asked some of the employees about certain games and talked about considering buying it but needed to know more to be sure. This one sales associate talked with me for 30 minutes reviewing this game for me without any spoilers while also giving .e the details I needed to make sure it was a game I was willing to play. Im playing through it and i love it! Then another associate saw me staring at this poison ivy statue and asked if I had wanted to see it. She got it down off the shelf for me and we chatted about it. Then I proceeded to ask her what all the other character statues were and what games they were from and she answered all of them happily. And finally I needed a gift for my fiance for her birthday and they literally helped me for 30 min trying to pick out the perfect gift. At checkout they always remind me of my coupons of i have any and they r just wonderful....

Quick, friendly, knowledgeable staff! Spent at least 20 minutes assisting my son and I with which games were most suitable for my son's age, yet also enjoyable and pleasant for myself to play. The manager of this place could care less about you. I bought a new PS portable because the employee told me if it was new I could return it. The manager has the nerve to say look at your receipt which you dont get till obviously after your purchase. Still in its box brand new but he thinks he can shoo me off because he knows everything about games and doesn't care what his employee told me. save yourself the trouble just go to Nelson so hopefully get an...
