I strongly advise against utilizing this service. My girlfriend and I entrusted her iPhone 14 to this establishment for a simple glass replacement on the screen. Despite it being functional, with only a minor crack, we were charged $249, which we deemed reasonable given the phone's newness. Upon returning to retrieve the phone, however, it was discovered to be in pieces, and the technician stated that they were unable to complete the repair and suggested taking it to another location.
The other location estimated that it would take 3-4 days for the necessary parts to arrive. Despite this setback, we were willing to wait for delivery. However, when my girlfriend returned to the store after the estimated time had elapsed, she discovered that the phone was no longer operational. The staff informed her that the phone was now defective and that we would need to take it to Apple for repairs.
It should be noted that the phone only had a minor screen crack when we initially brought it to the store, and there was no indication of any other issues. One staff member mentioned that I would receive a partial refund since I had already paid half of the repair fee. However, the owner was later contacted, and he insisted that I pay the full amount, or they would be forced to return the damaged screen, which had been further damaged during removal.

So I once again had to come back later for them to put ANOTHER screen on my phone. Picked my phone up later that day looked fine. By the time I got home it started showing "pressure marks" once more and the screen started going black. So I called and let them know Id drop it off once again 2marrow. No parts or tech in till the following wed., so I had to buy a used phone in the mean time, another 250.00. When i called once more to make sure my phone was going to be ready the kid accused me of dropping it and that's why the SECOND screen they put on didn't work and it had "water damage" and they were "doing me a favor" by not charging me ANOTHER 230.00 dollars for ANOTHER screen and just an additional 80.00 dollars to fix it. In turn I'm in sitting in front of their store on normal business hours to pick up my phone and they are closed. They have now had my phone over a week and I am going to pay over 300.00 dollars for a repair on a S7 which I bought BRAND NEW a week before bringing it in.
