I wish I could give a better review, but unfortunately at this time I am not sure what else to say other than the negative at this time. I have been trying to get my phone screen fixed for a couple weeks now. I was able to speak to a guy there a couple times, took the hour drive under the impression that my phone will be fixed, but when I get there, he was backed up (I know this wasnt his fault) and I am not comfortable with leaving my phone overnight. The number that I have used to call before (posted via google), no voicemail has been set up, they rarely answer their phone, and the past few days this week, the phone has been shut off and straight to voicemail. I don't have the time to drive an hour (total 2 hours) to and from every day, and can really only do it during the weekends. I want to set up an appointment so I can guarantee my phone will be fixed, but I can't if I can't even get through. I truly am disappointed with this location. Read moreI have had two Samsung Galazy A-15s and the weak link is the charging port. Or so I thought. I am working temporarily in Lake Charles and it would be an imposition to be without my phone. I searched for a Samsung authorized repair center which brought me to uBreakiFix. I made an appointment with Logan and he ordered the parts to repair my phone. When I came in, however, Logan took one look at my phone and suggested that instead of repairing the charging port that he wanted to see if it could use a cleaning. Less than five minutes later he came back out with good news. Rather than be without my phone he made a very logical choice to try a much less invasive approach which saved the day. Now I wonder if I hadn't smashed my last phone (or the one before that) with a sledge hammer, if a simple cleaning would had solved the same problem. For reals, Logan and Miss Sylvia are not only experts but they are professionals too! They have a 4.6 rating...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would . Don’t take your stuff here. Online said free check but before even pulling out my laptop they told me it was $25 to diagnose the problem. When I showed them it said online it was free they told me that mine needed an advanced look to know the issue . I got called 3 days later saying my Battery was the problem because it had a puncture hole in it and they needed to replace that . A week later I got a call saying that didn’t work so it was unfixable and they was charging me $50 for attempting to fix it , I was told by Best Buy that saying A puncture hole in the battery didn’t sound right and when I went to pick up the laptop and asked to see the Battery cuz they had removed it they then said it was puffy and could explode .I will be contacting the BBB cuz They changed the story so many times .. anyway it goes they will try to get money out of you for doing nothing ..
