This will no longer be my location to shop at.I purchase a nice gold necklace to wear with my outfit,but sad to say I couldn't wear it since it broke into pieces soon as I put it on.Yes it was a clarence item and that should of threw a red flag to me,but I shop on a budget.Well long story short the only option was to store credit or exchange,but I paid cash.I think that is crazy that you buy something with your own cash and can't get cash back for something that had a defect on it.This is the 3rd time that I bought something there that broke. I'll never buy Jewelry here again!!I usely just keep it and hot glue it myself ,but why keep something thats broke.Third strike I'M DONE!!Store manager need to get it together if you want returning customers at...
