O stars is too good for this place i am in the food service management industry and the key to success and return visits is customer service which this location does not have.the first thing i did was call ahead for my order with covid less contact better but the phone lines were not working so i wrote my order done it was for me and friends list i walk in there door is cluttered with advertising and regulations i had to spend five minutes reading rules to enter which i did i hand the lady my food list she looked at my list like what was i doing and said she couldnt accept it cause of covid it wasnt sanitized i asked her how clean is the money im going to give you i told her i had called she rudely interupted by saying yay we know its not working like they could care less so i gave them my order she kept looking at me like i was bothering her by ordering and told me my mask had to be covering my nose which i only pulled down to talk clearly so after i ordered i was watching them make my food and noticed they had masks on but no shields made my food without gloves nobody had a hairnet they were all ladies with long hair hanging down one girl was leaning against the make table with her bare hands and backside touching the table until my order started never washed hands if i had not already ordered i would have left. She wouldnt take my list but she took my money the whole time i felt like i wasnt wanted there and nobody apologize about phone or the list they just acted as if i should thank them for even letting me order and after all that my order was not only wrong and no napkins but my bacon was raw . Read moreAfter waiting a full hour for my pick-up order to get put out, I realized that I was not so much angry at the staff; it was more so that I felt sorry that they had to work in such a poorly managed business. Last week, same issue, a 45 minute wait for a pick up order. The time before that, another insane wait time. That, along with the many other problems within eye view (out of order soda machine, unfilled dispensers, running out of ice cream, unattended puddles on the ground, food prep sitting on the counter at room temp, unstocked necessities, multiple pick-up bags sitting behind the counter, expired coupons, wobbly tables, etc) makes me wonder if Management is incompetent or simply does not care enough to fix the problems that are clearly stressing the already overworked employees. I gave this Potbellies three chances this month, and each time has been somehow worse than the last. Each time, I have been kind, patient, and understanding towards the employees. I sincerely hope that they find a better place to work that isn't signaling "sinking ship" at every opportunity it gets.
Update: I decided to give this place another shot. Again, the employees were very nice but stressed. This time my order took 40 minutes. I was told that the reason was because they lost my ticket, which I could see was under a mountain of other tickets that also got missed. When I opened my bag later, it was missing one of the two sandwiches I ordered. I wish this place the best but I don't think...
Read moreMy husband and I ordered online. We ordered the wrecker sandwich and avocado turkey sandwich. It was ready when we went to go pick it up. When my husband came back to the car after picking up our food in the restaurant, he said there was a sandwich on the ground near the entrance. My husband tried to not think any negative thoughts about this restaurant before he went to go pick up the food. The employees didn't seem to be happy and weren't very nice to customers. My husband and I discovered both of our sandwiches weren't made the way we ordered it. My sandwich was the avocado turkey breast sandwich and I ordered extra toppings. I asked to have light mayo, tomatoes, onions, and seasonings. My sandwich didn't have any of the toppings I asked to have on there. My husbands sandwich has a weird taste like the sandwich has been made earlier in the day and it smells funky. Both of these sandwich has a dry and old appearance. The salads appeared to be made from a different company and the soup tasted like its a frozen meal nuked. The Oreo shake tasted very good. This restaurants needs to improve on their food and customer service from their employees because a customer is going to end up getting sick and nobody will want to come back.
