My father and I brought a VERY special painting that my sister painted of my mother who recently passed. We initially met with Linda who spent a good deal of time helping us decide on matting and a frame. Original estimate of time for turning this around was at least two weeks. Dariush contacted my dad the very next day with the estimate and some very professional advice regarding how to frame the oil painting. The very next day, he called my dad, had him come down to the gallery, and VOILA, it was complete!!! A TWO DAY TURN AROUND!!! We will be recommending Gallery Lake Geneva every opportunity we can!! I frequently shop at this store all year around and it was my favorite shop in Lake Geneva. I called to see if they had a product I had seen and wanted my daughter to pick it up for me . I needed it sooner than the spring when they said they could get it . Asked if they knew the manufacturer they would not tell me . They just lost the sale of what my daughter would have spent in the store and now they have lost my business. I am also in retail and the best way to keep customers is to make them happy with me so they come back to shop at my store . 30 years later still have the same loyal customers. I recently visited the Gallery with a piece of original artwork already in a frame and a brand new frame in hand to replace it. I wasn’t sure this place would be willing to put the new pre-assembled frame on but they did, and I had it back within the hour. It was a rainy Spring day before the weekend visitors arrived so keep that in mind. The owner helped me and he was very friendly. I also spotted some other artwork I would be interested in purchasing. Lots of beautiful pieces for my cottage here. Glad this place is still around.
