I came in with my daughter to have lunch and we ordered 2 veggie burritos with no cheese, no ranchera sauce, no refried beans sub black bean, add fries and for one of them no olives, marked with a dairy allergy and for the cooks to change their gloves, minding the allergy. We got home and the only thing right in the order was the salsa my daughter and I had poured ourselves. The chips were stale, over greased and gross. Our burritos were both wrong, one burrito had a ball of beef in it with lingering cheese and fries that were so hard they could break a tooth. The other one that said no olives on the foil still had a ton of olives in the burrito! Now, this is not the first time they have messed up my order, in fact I've become surprised when they actually get the order right. I usually stand there and open it up, but this time we went home to discover this. So now paying 35 dollars for food that's completely wrong. I drive back with my burrito explaining how the whole order was wrong. The girl sitting in the dinning area rudely grabbed the bag from my hand and took it in the back, where they examined it with out me present and proceeded to tell me they saw nothing wrong with it. I told them to not call me a liar and they tell me I don't have to have an attitude, all the while not apologetic for their mess up, with smirking and smiling like it's a joke. I got the refund and came back with the other burrito and demanded a full refund. Opened the foil to show it has olives when clearly marked no olives. She then just grabs the burrito, doesn't say ANYTHING to me and walks into the back. Comes back and starts to calculate on a calculator instead of going off the receipt I was just given for previous refund. This girl was so rude about the situation and I say this is terrible customer service, she says it's not about that it's about my attitude. Are you serious I paid for food and it's completely messed up! Her response, and I quote, "we don't control the kitchen". Seriously no apologies. No acknowledgement on their end. Mind you, I've been in this industry for over 10 years, I understand mistakes happen and I know what good customer service means. These employees are the worst. Like I've said, I've been hesitant to go back as previously stated, the orders are rarely correct. After this last experience I will never go there again, and I will only speak negatively about this place and how horrible these little girls they have...
Read moreThis is only my second time at Chico’s. The first was very pleasant. Good food, good service. This visit. Quite the opposite... I ordered chicken enchiladas.. and specified no onions. I also swapped the red sauce out with green..because, chicken..green sauce..duh. After I got back to work i noticed giant onions all throughout the enchiladas. I called and politely explained what happened, she put the manager on the phone. I do not know the manager’s name but this review is directed towards her. I explained to the manger that I ordered my enchiladas with no onions. Before I could finish she rudely interrupted me and said the green sauce is made with onions which she could have explained while I was ordering to avoid this whole mess (she took my order). Thrown off by the way she spoke to me, I replied how was I to know there’s onions in the sauce and that I am allergic which is why I ordered it without . She goes “how are we supposed to know you’re allergic” and goes on to say that’s the way they make it and that they get a lot of people wanting free food so if I want to bring it back uneaten then I could. She emphasized the uneaten part. When I arrived at the restaurant for the second time I was greeted by the same cold demeanor from the phone. I had a conversation with her about how I didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to me on the phone. During the conversation she never apologized for any inconvenience or really took any ownership of anything. She actually told me “well the girl who answered the phone said you were really upset” two issues with that...I was absolutely not because these are the people handling my food that I still wanted to eat and TWO why would you think it was okay to speak to me that way IF I was upset. I appreciate them letting me swap for a quesadilla..but I still ended up paying more...needless to say, 2nd and last...
Read moreThe food was great, the strawberry margarita the bartender made was also great. The reason I am giving a 3 star rating is because of this. I arrived at the resturant around 6 pm on a monday, stood in line to place my order and was immediately told, your order is going to take 30 minutes or longer because two of our cooks called in sick. I was not in a hurry and told the lady, that's fine I'll get a drink at the bar. Shortly after I observed several groups of people/ families walk up to the entrance door to come in. A resturant employee met them at the door and stated, we are not taking anymore orders today, we are short on staff and are closing. Next I saw employees lock the doors and place paper closed signs on the 3 entrances. The resturant had maybe 1/4 of their tables full and the bar was doing well, making money.
Like I said the food and drinks were great but who ever owns or this place needs to go to the restaurant and get things straightened out. You have a good place with good reviews. You shouldn't be losing out on lots of money, turning people away with a...
