Subway — Restaurant in Lake Oswego

I wanted to get a sandwich replaced which I bought a 6 inch cold cut. Nick(obese was the employee with gauge ears) started to make the sandwich. Then so called person in charge Britney short woman with gauge ears. The employees started to yell at me and make a seen. They took my sandwich in the back to explore that there was cumbers and asked me to pick of the cumbers and mustard. Other customers started to come in to the shop. I tried to lower my voice then they ranted that you can call the manager. They lied on who the manager was an proceeded to not give me the owner number. Then Nick lied on who the manager was saying it was Audra. Britney lied also saying that I did not have the right to bring back a poorly made sandwich. I was keeping my cool and professionalism. I am an MBA so I thought these teenagers should have made a proper sandwich and let me proceed with my day. They lied and took my sandwich out of the garbage and said here you go. I was at the State Street Subway between 7pm and 8pm. I ordered a #33. The male employee put chicken with cheese steak. Prior to that he had me read what the menu said was on it. I saw him putting chicken on it and he said it is supposed to be on it after he had me read the menu to him? Then he insisted he was right. When I pointed out it was under the cheese steak portion of the menu and not the chicken portion. I told him that nowhere on the menu did it say chicken and steak. I correctly pointed out that sweet onion teriyaki is a sauce not a meat unless it says it in the same sentence. He was very argumentative and did not offer to remake it the proper way. I told him I was done arguing with him and paid and left. Needless to say your employee was rude, misinformed, didn’t know the menu and his customer service was garbage. Love subway this location is ok the guy is slow but got to give him some cred there was about 9 peps in line and he was by himself and handled himself pretty good but was pretty sloppy with his submaking skills also skimpy on the meat and cheese didn't put the reg amount supposed to I do know that got sweet onion teriyaki chicken that is not pre packaged in those little cartons but scooped and he didn't put hardly anything because of in a big hurry and provolone 1 piece Lol!
