Hangry Cluck — Restaurant in Lake Township

If count your days, Chick-fil-A was a restaurant... Let me tell you when I spend $30 on myself only, my expectations are through the roof! I don't do that type of stuff. I'm not rich but I LOVE food. Whenever I'm at a new joint I always order 2 sandwiches, fries & a drink w/o checking any prices. When I seen what I spent my first thought was good job buddy you did it again-.- First bite & I'll happily do it again every time!! Best reaction I've had to a new restaurant in the longest. 100/10 if I could give them higher than a 5 star rating I would ! Not to mention people were in and out constantly and I still got my food fast. Even if I had to wait 20 minutes tho honestly, would I gaf? No, they smoking on the Chick-fil-A, Fry the Coop & Raising Cane's Pack. I ordered a Cali 2x Burger, a Golden chicken sandwich & a lime smoothie/slushie thingy. I ordered the medium Nashville Hot on the chicken sandwich. That's the 2nd spiciest thing which isn't really spicy if you have a high tolerance of spicy food. I'll definitely be trying the spiciest next time(tmr) which is cluck around n find out. Definitely taking fiine...

Let’s start with ya’ll killed it! The menu being smaller really allows a restaurant to focus on those items which in turn better food.

The ingredients were definitely fresh you could taste the individual condiments that really opened up the taste buds. In my opinion the lettuce is usually a dead giveaway when it comes to judging if condiments are fresh or not. There are other tells but that one is a pretty easy one.

It was nice not having a huge menu; easy choices, everything was well explained and laid out for you.

Sauces all had individuality from; original to cluck around and find out. I’m not part of the target public when it comes to heat and the cluck around and find out I wish would be hotter but i’m not part of that target audience. Honestly, it might completely change the flavor profile if they did; that’s just my subjective opinion

The price for what you pay in terms of portion size is rather big! Absolutely did not skimp on portions

I could go on and on but honestly you just need to go try it for yourself and see why Hangry Cluck is so good.

Enter the joint was greeting and I proceeded to order the 3 Tenders Combo and the I Don't Give a Cluck Fries. The tender is enormous and decently seasoned that come with their signature cluck sauce. But in terms of taste the tender were a little above average to me but the cluck sauce does give it that extra flavor. 8.1. The Cluck Fries idk I got mixed reviews on this because it some with chopped hamburger and chicken. It comes cover with their cluck sauce and melted cheese plus a few pickles over top. The first few bites were ok but once everything gets settle in, I realize the chicken and hamburger was doing much here. It was a lot of fries more so than meat so for the price this is highly overrated. 7.6. The place is not to large either so there only a few seats reasonable to enjoy the meal as well. Customer service was pleasant as well. Overall, not a bad joint I'll come back to try some other items but won't go out my way to get back...
