DraftKings Sportsbook at Wrigley Field — Restaurant in Lake View Township

Hostess sat us but didn't give us menus. Took 15 minutes for a waitress to finally say "I'll be back with waters", still no menus. When the waitress returned with water she told us "your server will be right with you, I'm done at 3:00 (it was like 2:50)" I asked if she could at least bring us a menu so we could be ready to order since we've already been waiting so long. She acted like this was a huge inconvenience. Finally when our server arrived he took our drink and food order. I ordered a beer and was not informed that the beer I ordered was on special if I ordered draft. Of course he rang in the can. I realized it was on special once we left the table and went to the bar and the bartender told me. My husband and I were just going to split the smoked turkey club. No napkins or silverware, no extra plates, no condiments... our food came and we had to wait for our server to come back around to ask for these simple items. Nowhere on the ingredient list did it say mayo. The sandwich came DRENCHED in mayo (I would have said no mayo) and the fries were cold. At this point, we were done with this place. We sent the food back and closed our tab and went to the bar for one last drink to finish the game we were watching. I actually used to work for Levy at Wrigley Field, this is not at all what I expected in terms of service. This was just outright bad. I'm embarrassed for their staff. We won't be returning which stinks because we were so looking forward to checking this place out and hosting future...

First timer here- honest review- Friday night 830pm- came here on a Friday evening to watch nba playoffs.

Surprised on how empty it was (overall) in wrigleyville on a Friday (likely due to no cubs home game ?) walking into this place it was basically empty (for Friday standards) met with My 2 friends (they arrived 10min prior)

Pros/cons:

Pros : good sports atmosphere- if you want to watch a game & bet, obviously this is the place to go. The French fries here are 10/10 as they’re beer batter type fries so that’s just great. The Paloma liq tower was good & tasty. Seems like on a busy day there’s enough seating ? Maybe.

Cons: for how dead it technically was tonight (Friday night) the service in terms of servicing you was not good. The wait time on our food & drinks were long. We ordered wood fire pizza (nothing special/frozen pizza like). Our first tower was the tequila sour something (that was sour af!) made my stomach hurt. & fair to say expensive (expected though) I ordered Parmesan fries/ pep pizza/ Paloma tower = $100 so be prepared.

Edit: completely forgot about how they ran out of quesadillas ? Idk if it was tortillas or what but tried ordering that & didn’t work lol

Overall: is this place a cool spot to come with friends to watch sports & drink yes. Would I come back again ? Sure (I need them fries). Do I think there’s somewhere better to go just around the area ? Yes. This might be a place to go once to say you went & that’s it but I still think it’s a cool spot at the...

Went here to catch the Lions vs Commanders game. I made reservations ahead of time to guarantee a table during the game. Included in the reservation was a $15 down payment that went towards the bill. When I arrived I checked in at the hostess stand and was seated fairly quickly. The booth we were seated at was comfortable and clean. The atmosphere in the place was perfect for watching the game. They had music playing and the screens had any sport you could be interested in playing at various times throughout the evening. Our waitress took awhile to greet us but the place was pretty busy so we didn't mind the wait. For food we ordered wings (half bbq half buffalo), pizza, drinks, and the loaded guacamole with chips. The food came out quicker than we expected. The pizza was cheesy but wasn't really flavorful and the crust was thin. The wings were good and hot. The buffalo sauce was better than the bbq but they were both good. The ranch that came with the wings was good and creamy which pleasantly surprised me because I hate watery ranch! The loaded guacamole had a nice flavor as well and the chips were nicely salted. Overall, I was pleased with the service and the food. I was a little skeptical because of all the negative reviews about the service but our server was attentive and the food was decent. Definitely planning to catch...
