This was my first time here and I heard the food here was good so I had to check it out!!.
I was able to find parking quick which was great! The building and interior looked amazing!! I thought my wait was gonna be long since it just opened but they told me 15 mins and instead o got in ,in about 5 minutes!! So I was very happy that I didn't have to wait long!.
The host and servers were all very welcoming and nice as I mentioned this was my first time here. They gave me great options to choose from on the menu as it has a variety to select from.
I went with the French onion soup which was very good!,I never had French onion soup so I wanted to try something different ,I wasn't let down! My main course was the Original Burger, at heart ima Burger person!! So if I'm at a restaurant for the first time ...I will have your original or signature burger..the reason for the 3 stars is cause I asked for bacon to be on my burger ...and unfortunately I never got bacon added so I was charged for a bacon cheeseburger without the bacon 😅.
I wasn't too upset as I know this restaurant is still new so mistakes happen but I love bacon on my burgers! . The fries were good and different and fresh and crispy. They had there own taste!.
For desert oh man the pop o donuts I can't remember the name were the absolute best!! They took time to bring them out but it was worth it as the donuts were hot ,fresh and just melted in your mouth with The flavors from the dipping sauce that come with the donuts,I'm not a big desert person...but man oh man!! These donuts will rock your world!!! And make you go to sleep wishing you could have some more when you wake up!! They are thay good!!.
Overall I enjoyed Miller's Ale House, great service ,food came quick just wish I had my bacon for my burger ..but the donuts will have me back when who knows!! Thank you for the experience!! See...
Read moreWe decided to come in this evening to Miller ‘s best choice all week, even even though it’s just Tuesday. We received the most gracious and most infectious smile and welcome that anyone possibly could by the host, Jordan. It was rather busy for Tuesday night. We did not have a wait though which was excellent we were set with Diana who is bilingual and much appreciated !! Ordered the fish and chips and before I knew it it was the table already. Fresh and hot ! We had several people stop by our table, several different times asking how everything was from Keith to Kayla. Then we had the most amazing experience with the manager on staff Michael Michael is a ball of energy and just happiness is radiating off of him. he genuinely cared how our experience was, and that we got everything correct the first time he thanked us for dining in, which is not our first time, but he treats us like it is each time that we come in. He’s always a face that I enjoy seeing and interacting with Miller scored when they hired him ! Keep up the good work Lakeland we will be back! We have the best service and just when we think it can’t get better the staff does not disappoint ! Michael is amazing in every way and always engages with the customer s as well as champions for his team that is working that night whether it’s having an extra set of hands to help deliver food or just encouraging the staff by letting them know they are doing a great job ! Read moreThis was my first time ordering from Miller's Ale House. I looked at the menu and my mouth watered. I couldn't wait for this anticipated treat. I ordered delivery on their website at 6:46pm and provided detailed instructions to locate my home in my community. At 7:22 I received a text from Uber that it would be delivered in 25 minutes. The driver called at 7:46 and was lost. After trying to guide them for 5 minutes, I finally told them to go back to the front gate and my son would meet them there. My filet, my son's sandwich and onion rings were lukewarm and the loaded fries were soggy and ice cold. Not surprising considering, the food was packaged in clear topped plastic containers, with no effort having been made to insulate the food so we could enjoy an almost $90 order. I called the restaurant and was told by the girl who answered, that there was nothing they could do about it. She said the driver waited at the restaurant for the food to be made, because they were so busy, and put the blame on Uber since they delivered. She then offered Uber's Customer Service number. I'm sorry, but this isn't Uber's fault. Miller's Ale House needs to take responsibility for not packaging their food correctly for delivery and also not setting realistic delivery time expectations.
