We stopped here on our way home tonight for dinner. Food was alright, we were seated pretty fast. Our waitress on the other hand definitely should not be in an industry where your pay depends on your customer service skills. I believe her name was maggie (somthing like that, considering she never introduced her self. ) were seated she took our drink orders and didn't return for about 10 minutes, when she did she sat the drinks down and walked away, no ill be right back... nothing. After seeing her walk right past us 4 TIMES we asked her if she could take our order. She sighed a little and did. We ordered an appetizer and entrees. All of the food came out at 1 time. So what was the point in paying for the appetizer when it basically was part of our dinner? When the food came out she asked if there was anything else she could get us, I asked for another soda because I knew she wouldn't be returning until it was time to pay. The food was pretty good... except the horrible salt drenched frys that were not even warm and all soggy. My daughter wouldnt even eat them, and every time we go anywhere we order frys because that is the 1 thing she will eat no matter what restaurant we go to. Half way through eating my husbands cup was empty. This woman walked by twice even looking down at the empty soda cup and never asked if we wanted a refill. Of course the 2nd time she walked by I was going to ask her for one for my husband but we made eye contact and she looked clearly at the cup so I figured she was going to make a new one for him. Nothing. She come back and we asked for a refill.... another 10 minutes later and we are done eating (still no drink) she comes back and asked us if we wanted to-go boxes, then chuckles and says Oh I forgot your mountain dew. At that point I was fed up so I said just throw the drink In a to-go cup and 1 box is fine. I couldn't believe how horrible my experience here was. This was my 1st time visiting this location & probably will be my last. I witnessed many other waitress constantly checking on there tables & Friendly service. I wish we could've gotten a...
Read moreWe waited 8 minutes to be seated. Although we were not greeted when we entered the restaurant, we were greeted after 2 minutes. Once seated, we were handed menus, informed our server was gonna be Abi. 30 seconds, our bubbly server Abi came to the table. She asked if she could get us some appetizers and drinks. We ordered the wonton chicken taco and motizerila sticks. She also asked if we were ready to order as well. We ordered a set of the 2 for $30.00 and the 6oz steak and potatoes. She came back with our drinks. Then, she brought out our appetizers. I dug into my motizerila sticks and noticed that there was a streak of ranch on my plate. Abi came back by and asked how everything was, I shared about the ranch on my plate. Abi proceeded to apologize and offered me a new set of motizerila sticks. When asked, I replied yes, please. I received my second set of sticks, we and they were amazing. We have been in the restaurant for about 30 minutes by this time. Our main meals Game out. The shift manager helped bring our food to the table and asked if we needed anything else. I shared that we could use silverware. He then walked away, and the person who sat us at our table brought us silverware. I cut into my steak that was ordered med rare, and it was cooked med well. Abi came by the table and asked how our food was, and I shared and showed her my steak. She them proceeded to ask if I would like a new steak. I stated yes, please. Abi then asked if I would like to keep the potatoes and broccoli. I also said yes. About 2 minutes later, the manager came to the table with a new steak. The second steak was cooked prefect. All in all, we enjoyed the rest of the meal and our bubbly service. Thank you, Abi, for the great service. I will come pay...
Read moreThis is my husband's and I go to place...I mean we are weekly regulars with a table that practically has our name on it. LOL!! They've done a great job on improving their menu and the food actually taste great. They even have great meal specials if you're on a budget. One of our favorites is the Quesadilla burger. Talk about fla-vor-ful! I highly recommend it. We actually split this burger. Instead of a bun, they use flour tortillas grilled just right. We order our burger medium rare and its topped with pico de gallo, light queso cheese, bacon crumb and shredded lettuce. Best part is no bun, the burger is juicy and you can sub fries for their panko breaded onion rings. We pair this with their BOMB garlic parmesan bone in chicken wings served with celery sticks and the best blue cheese dipping sauce. That chicken is perfectly battered, swimming in garlic butter with sprinkles of parmesan shavings...WHAT! The best waitress is Krista! She's in the bar section and she is very attentive. She already knows what we want. The atmosphere and mood is great, TV's everywhere and they actually have a good variety of background music. It's just comfortable and welcoming. It is way better than Red Robbin across the parking lot. They have great mixed drinks and the night bartender is great and personable too. We end our night with their warm mini walnut brownie bites served with a mini scoop of vanilla ice cream drizzled with fudge. It's the just right portion for less than $3...yes, it's like that!! Oh, and you gotta try their donut holes served hot covered in powdered sugar and a side cup of either chocolate or caramel...
