Title: A Culinary Masterpiece: Tomato and Water Lasagna with Raw Spaghetti Noodles Sticking Out - A Five-Star Delight!
Review: From the moment I laid my eyes on the visually captivating tomato and water lasagna with raw spaghetti noodles sticking out, I knew I was in for a unique and extraordinary dining experience. This innovative dish truly pushed the boundaries of traditional lasagna, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations by a long shot.
First and foremost, the visual presentation was nothing short of spectacular. The vibrant colors of the ripe tomatoes, contrasting against the pale spaghetti noodles, created an artistic masterpiece on my plate. The way the raw spaghetti noodles peeked out added a playful and adventurous element to the dish, making it all the more appetizing.
The taste of this lasagna was an absolute revelation. Each layer of moist lasagna sheets was skillfully drenched in a rich, savory tomato sauce that had a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess. The freshness and juiciness of the tomatoes added a burst of flavor that harmoniously blended with the unmistakable taste of Italian seasonings. The raw spaghetti noodles, although unconventional, added a delightful crunchy texture to the dish, elevating the overall taste profile to new heights.
The skill and technique exhibited by the chef were commendable. Despite the raw spaghetti noodles sticking out, the lasagna maintained its structural integrity and consistency throughout. The noodles were perfectly al dente, ensuring a satisfying bite every time. The careful layering of the lasagna with the tomato-water mixture allowed the flavors to infuse and merge seamlessly, resulting in a gastronomic journey that left me craving more.
The portion size was generous, allowing me to savor each delectable bite. It was evident that the ingredients used were of the highest quality, as the flavors were robust and fresh. The creativity and innovation that went into developing such a unique dish truly impressed me. This lasagna is a testament to the chef's dedication and passion for presenting diners with exciting and memorable dining experiences.
To complement the culinary excellence, the service at the restaurant was impeccable. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuine in their desire to ensure customers' satisfaction. Their professionalism and warm hospitality only enhanced my dining experience further.
In conclusion, the tomato and water lasagna with raw spaghetti noodles sticking out is an absolute gem. This dish offers a tantalizing blend of textures, flavors, and presentation, all of which combine to create an unforgettable culinary adventure. I wholeheartedly recommend indulging in this masterpiece for a truly five-star dining experience that will awe and delight your taste buds. Bravo...
Read moreOk, I normally do not give bad reviews unless they are egregiously bad... I ordered carrabas 16oz ribeye medium rare. With garlic mashed potatoes, garlic fries, and what the heck chicken noodle soup. (I love chicken noodle soup). Because I used uber I will not be reviewing temperatures. With tip 70$. First issue no silverware. Second issue they apparently do not wash their potatos as it was gritty and tasted like dirt. I liked the garlic fries and surprisingly some were still crispy with a good garlic flavor. The chicken noodle soup was phenomenal I will have to wait until tonight to see if they put milk or cream in it like potbelly does. I can't have dairy it doesn't mean i don't love dairy. When I am home for three days I will eat a lot of cheese and sour cream and every other dairy product under the sun on day one... Then spend the next two days recovering from living the crazy dairy life. Nuff' said. Now to the main course a 16oz ribeye steak. If you have read my review regarding another restaurant you will know it is my love. Well, not as much as my wife who will be reading this but a close second. I expected the steak to be a little overcooked due to the time it took to arrive remember, it cooks while it rests. It was however rare. Which means that the fat was not rendered and after weighing it 9oz of that 16oz ribeye was unrendered fat. In quality restaurants, you will get what you order. The lower and mid range restaurants, to save costs, will go under what doneness you order as a cost saving to prevent wastage (is that spelled right? It seems wrong). See earlier review of another restaurant. I assumed, as it was an Uber Eats order, that they had to know that there was no way I was going to send it back to cook it correctly. So I assumed that it was going to be cooked to order. I was wrong. I know rare steaks as I used to eat them all the time but as I get older I find it more difficult to wrassle the cow to the ground before eating it so I prefer it post wrassle. I NEVER order ribeye that way though as it is to fatty for that. A filet mignon, YES! A ribeye, NO! I doubt I will ever go to Carrabas again but if my wife makes me I will definitely be ordering the chicken noodle soup with a sandwich after making sure there is no cheese in...
Read moreGot a coupon to come on for a visit this week… hadn’t been to this restraint in probably three or more years.
First red flag was that they don’t answer the phone to ask accessibility questions… and I tried three different times, but eventually just gave up and went to the restaurant anyway.
Restaurant was pretty empty, was seated fairly quickly. Server took a few minutes to get to me but I knew exactly what I wanted and ordered my full meal (except dessert).
After ordering, service was VERY slow… there were only two or three tables occupied near me, and the rest of the rest any was quiet, so I didn’t know what was going on. I was here for a total of two hours… when I only expected to be here for around one. And I visited during lunch service, which is usually slower than dinner…
Server also didn’t seem to understand that I was blind… didn’t even give me silverware until I had to ask for it (said it was “there on the table” but I literally couldn’t find it anywhere near me). Also kept refilling my drink and putting it at a distance away from me instead of keeping it in the same spot, which was a little irritating but I said nothing.
Food was GREAT though. Ordered a Fetuxxine Carrabba’s and it was way bigger than I expected, even for a lunch portion. Served hot, even after sitting for a minute while I finished my salad. Very good flavor and would definitely order again. Apps, salad and dessert were also good.
If it weren’t for the slow service and the fact that my blindness was somewhat ignored, I would have rated this five statues… but the fact that the service was bad AND the server asked for/expected a tip afterwards, then seemed annoyed when I declined, really bothered me. When I also tried to call and got no answer, with no explanation as to why when the restaurant didn’t even seem busy, that was disappointing as well.
I likely won’t return to this location unless I get another offer like I did… I also may consider trying dinner service even thlugh it is a little more expensive just to see if I have a better experience. Otherwise I may just go to the Westminster location, even though it’s much...
