Alright so before reading this review keep in mind I completely understand what I did was stupid and wrong but this entire thing was sketchy so I thought I'd post it here for anyone to see before they shop.

I went in and saw a sword that I really thought was cool and impulse bought it on the spot without regard of my bank account. Upon looking at my balance AFTER buying it I realized wow I shouldn't have bought the sword and explained to the guy that I didn't have the money and was as sincere as I could've been when explaining what was up. He kept trying to push the sword on me "world of Warcraft is the shit. You'll look so bad ass" etc. I kept telling him over and over again no I need to return the sword. I tried compromising and went around to look for something else.

When I came back is where it got weird:

Upon returning to the counter I again said I need my money back and he slapped a piece of paper on the table that said "no refunds, no trades, no exceptions". This was not stated, shown, or printed on the receipt anywhere and I have 5 other people to vouch for me. My solution to the problem was this, "Here's what's gonna happen. I'm gonna leave the sword here with you and contact my bank and then everything will be as it should." Instantly he responded with "alright let me see your card".

Moral of the story, everything in this store is sold for more than it is on Amazon so just go there, don't impulse buy, and don't take bullshit from a sketchy gift shop. Also yes, I...

I recently visited this store with my daughter and son to purchase a pen my daughter had seen earlier while we were walking. Before entering, we had purchased some plushies from an outdoor stand, and my daughter was holding her Cinnamoroll plushie as we entered. After selecting the pen, we looked around briefly before proceeding to the cashier to pay for it.

When we reached the counter, the cashier inquired about the plushie. I explained that we had already purchased it at an outdoor stand. Despite my explanation, the cashier spoke to her colleague in another language, then charged me for the pen. After paying, I joined my boyfriend, who was browsing knives nearby.

While we were standing there, the cashiers approached my daughter and began questioning her about where she got the plushie, even asking to see it. I reiterated that I had already explained where we bought it and expressed my frustration that they were questioning a 5-year-old child about something I had already clarified. I even suggested they check their cameras for confirmation. At that point, I felt harassed and disrespected.

The behavior of these employees was unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I would caution others to be mindful when visiting this store, as the staff’s approach can come across as intrusive and...

dude who owns the store is just straight up insane, follows teens around the store like a stalker, one time i accidentally knocked something over with my bag and it broke and he started yelling at me and my friend that we needed to pay for it but i was a broke 15 year old, and i told him i didn't have any money and i apologized and then he said he was going to get the taser, me and my friend ran out of the store and had to hide from him because he tried to find us. on a separate occasion he was following me and my friends around the store as usual and then only stopped the non white people in our group and called security on them because he said they stole (they didn't💀) so basically i would just stay out of there, he also owns the 2 stores to the left of...
