Flame Broiler — Restaurant in Lakewood

I came today for the first time yesterday and the gentleman that was at the register was amazing! I wanted the spicy chicken bowl but they didn't have it so he gave me the sauce to mix. Very polite and nice guy. However, today I come and the girl and the register was extremely rude, her name was VIRA. She looked frustrated that I asked for the same combination of sauce and was bothered when I tried to explain what I was looking for. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and they over charged my card, too. I'm not surprised they have mostly 1 star overall, too bad you can't give 0! Staff was not friendly and I notice the cook added some chicken to an already cooking chicken . I didn’t think much about it until I got home and started eating my chicken bowl and notice my chicken was cold, I must have gotten that uncooked chicken. I hope I don’t get salmonella from eating uncooked chicken . The bowls are not cheap you would expect a well cooked chicken and them not taken any health risks. I will never go back to this location.
