(Update) I'm dropping my two star review to a one star review. I ordered the Asian wings which I've had before and it's blatantly obvious that whoever made them was in such a hurry they didn't clean out the seasoning tub so I'd taste sweet Asian sauce followed by hot buffalo sauce. So not only did I wait more than twice as long as I was told but my $16 wings were not what I ordered and nothing was done to . Attempt to rectify my awful experience. I ordered my pizza online for carry out and my order said it would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. I cam in 25 minutes later and my order has not been started and I'm told it's going to be at least 15 more minutes. What's the point of getting a pickup time if it's going to be wildly off? He seemed shocked to see my order so my guess is that they are not checking online orders. Maybe don't do online orders if they don't reflect correct times. Was offered nothing but a long wait with hungry toddlers at home for my trouble. Customer service everywhere in this city has become a very bad joke. I'm extremely easy to satisfy but with my work schedule I don't often get to have dinner with my kids and it looks like tonight I won't get to either. Been ordering from this Hungry Howies for years. Over the last six months there's been a noticable decline in quality. The last 4 orders I've placed have all not had their crust seasoning on them. How do you purposely forget the one thing hungry Howie's is known for? If I want fast pizza without crust seasoning I can go ANYWHERE. Employees at this location seem stunned when you catch them too. I've had to resort to opening and checking my order at the counter every time I pick up and they always act so surprised it's not on there after I ask them to put the seasoning on. Once is an accident, twice is a coincidence, three times is a pattern.
Also have to double check I even get any of the icing, garlic sauce, marinara sauce, etc that I order with any Howie bread. Putting a cup of sauce in the box is also simply, too difficult.
Never leave the building without double checking your order in front of them. Don't be surprised when they act surprised it's wrong.

Tonight we ordered pizza delivery from this Hungry Howie's location on Detroit Ave. and we were VERY HAPPY! We've only lived in the Lakewood, OH. area for a year, so over the last few months, my family has been ordering delivery from a few different local pizza restaurants to try them out so we could see which we like the best. We found one local restaurant that has great pizza, but it's really pricey. The 3 other pizza places we tried were VERY disappointing. Tonight we tried Hungry Howie's and I FINALLY found a nearby pizza spot that hit the spot, our pizzas were delivered early and they were delicious! I'm pregnant and I've been craving pizza a lot lately, and this Hungry Howie's is the only pizza joint that has truly satisfied those cravings so far. We will definitely order from this...
