Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Lakewood

The moment I walked in I was not greeted, saw 3 employee men goofing around. Once I was asked what I would be ordering and answered..the employee literally spoke GOBBERISH TO ME. I was confused why he was speaking that way if he spoke to me well when he asked what I wanted to order. I told him EXCUSE ME? AND HE DID THE SAME THING, LITERALLY SPOKE GIBBERISH. I asked what he was trying to say and he gave me a straight face... And I told him IM SORRY I EXPECT TO BE TALK TO CORRECTLY, IM NOT PLAYING WITH YOU. (Since I saw he was fooling around with the other employees when I arrived) HE then proceeds to speak regularly.... The served my food.... Then slid it down and didn't acknowledge me after. I find it very rude...not professional and I'm in utter shock how this happened to me. I don't understand. No one there seemed to care what was going on and no one seemed to look like a manager since they were all side talking and laughing. I'm very upset ! I will not be returning to this store. Chipotle, please do better when...

I am giving this Chipotle a 4. Only because I am going off of my experience for this visit. I usually go to this location, and I prefer this location to the others nearby. The food was good a 5. Now, here is where the 3 comes in the services on this visit sucked. It's usually cowardly, so that was normal. The young man seemed overwhelmed. He was the only one working the line. Besides, the young man working the cash register. They had 3 people, I am assuming, doing the pick up/call in orders. Which didn't make sense. Here's the 2nd 3 for the young man working the cash register who wasn't friendly. The 3rd 3 is for the inside, being dirty with food and trash on the floor. Trash bins needed to be emptied. I was really shocked. I've never seen this location so messy. I am going to chalk this visit up to them being overwhelmed and just one of those days. Hopefully, my next visit will be better, and they will be back to providing great customer service and a clean...

I recently came from Tucson for work and visited this location for a late-night meal, arriving at 10:25 PM. The posted hours clearly state that the restaurant closes at 11 PM. However, upon arrival, I noticed the employees already cleaning up. When I inquired if the restaurant was still open, I was told it was. Yet, when I attempted to order, I was informed by the staff that the only items available were guacamole and chips—despite the fact that all the food was behind him, such as rice and beans, were clearly visible behind the counter.

It seemed like they started cleaning up at 10 PM on the spot, effectively shutting down operations well before closing time. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers is deeply disappointing. It’s unacceptable for a business to stop serving customers 1hr before the official closing time. I expect a higher standard of service and hope that this issue is addressed...
