Wendy's — Restaurant in Lakewood

Food is great, I love eating Wendy’s and the brand. This store is a tragic stain on the company. I have had 2 transaction issues with this store’s kiosk, and the first issue was resolved easily with previous management who gave me my food that I ordered after showing them proof of charge. The second time, the employee refused to give me my food, which I understood because the WiFi was being bad and the charge hadn’t shown on my bank, but the money had gone. I came back two days later with everything they needed, asked for a refund, but after waiting 45 minutes and letting people order respectfully instead of causing an issue, the new manager came out upset, said “I never want you in this store again.” I tried to stay respectful, and my friend got upset, we left after I tried to explain I really didn’t mean any harm or inconvenience, but she still requested I never return for asking for my food or money which was denied to me until I insisted she look at the posted charge with their store number on my banking app that had cleared the day after. Ordered mobile for drive thru around 3 from down the road. Arrived to find the drive thru wrapped around the parking lot!!! So I pull into a mobile order pick up spot and go into the app to change my pick up to the spot I'm in. Oh no!! There's no mobile pick up option for this location in the app. Weird because there are signs out front for it! Starting to feel disheartened I changed the order instead to lobby pick up. Accepted, super!! Then I get to the door and the lobby is locked since there's no dine in right now.
