One time bad experience is enough for me for never go back and get that rude owner of that ice cream place's attitude. For me that day I just wanted to spend my time with my friends who love ice cream. I did not want to eat ice cream and after waiting on the line for long long time he refuses to serve me a cup of tea. He told I'm only serving ice cream right now and I have no time to serve you tea. I told him you just have to fill the cup with hot water and put some tea bag and give it to me. He refuses to do it and he told me wait when I'm not busy I will make you some tea. I was totaly in shock for this kind of service. I asked him if it is ok to give me a glass of water I told him I'm so thirsty and I need a glass of water. He pointed those water bottles to me and told me you can buy those water bottles. I was so mad but because I'm so patient and God helped me to stay calm. I told him fine when you are not busy you can serve me tea. When I came back home it took me few days to think about this persons act. So many words came in my mind about him and I also read all the comments for his business. It is not normal for someone in his age being so sweet and nice to some people (specially beautiful women) and so rude in the same time to other people. In US the customer is always right and living in this beautiful Country for 23 years I knew this for long time. I will never go back there again even he has the best ice cream in the whole world. He talked to his employee so bad in front of us. Just like she is nobody. It hurts my feeling so bad. When I walked in his store and I told him I'm waiting for my friends. He told me you are so lucky having friends. I felt so bad and sad for him but when I saw how treat me then I figure it out why he is soooooooo lonely. Read moreI've actually never left a bad review of an establishment in my entire life, I'm polite, and I always tip. The owner of this establishment is the most gratuitous swinging salsicciotto I've ever encountered at an ice cream shop.

Starts by yelling from the back "Can I help you!?" Then proceeds to take about 10 min to emerge from the back...... *
So to be clear this is a coffee shop that doesn't allow you to plug in a laptop for..... reasons?
Passive aggressive, and making your customer feel like a homeless person. Nice.
Impatient, didn't like the fact that I didn't want to spend a lot, and only wanted to buy coffee / water and have a brief meeting.
So to recap this guy was openly hostile from the beginning and was determined to not only be unhelpful but to make every inch of the interaction like peeling paint with finger nails.
Needless to say I won't be coming back and neither should you. Also the front door is boarded up, now I know why.
The experience rubbed me so much the wrong way, I actually created this account specifically to leave this one review.
So this place's motto is "get your ice cream and get out, don't meet people, don't work, don't ask too many questions, and the time limit is two hours."

These full bags of coffee are not cheap. I choose to go buy it because I feel the beans are fresh and roasted properly. I asked many questions before I bought the coffee and feel that the flavor was good. I asked him if i didn’t like the coffee could i bring it back. He said yes !!! I bought the “FARLEY’S BLEND”. For the past 4 months . Soooo for this month, May, I decided to try “VIENNA BLEND”. I didn’t like the flavor as much and went to return it and he declined. He said I must of mis understood. He said it would be a health issue to return it. I wasn’t asking him to resale the product. In my opinion... because I am a loyal customer and I would have continued to buy a bag once a month, he should of just threw the “VIENNA BLEND” in the garbage and gave me a bag of the “FARLEY’S BLEND”. But he refused. He actually looked mad at me and rolled his eyes like I was crazy.
