Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Lancaster

I ordered 10 pizzas for my child party 2 days in advance. The ladies were nice with me and called manager for approval. The day of the event my friend with receipt on hand went to pick the pizzas for me. The manager a Caucasian man approach to my friend after the pizzas were on her car helped by a nice lady to accommodate it and said she needs to pay. She showed the receipt and he wants her to pay again. Finally this rude man decided to call the manager from Thursday and she told him that she approved the sale on Thursday. I hope this man change his attitude or get customer service classes. He made my friend to wait for 30 minutes with the pizzas already on her car. By the way the nice lady who helped was aware of the order, she was with the manager on Thursday when I placed the order but this man make her walk away and don't say a word. I won't never order from this place again since this man said he was the manager and the owner of the place. Pizza Hut...

Usually not one to write a review but if you’re going to order from here I’d suggest calling or going in person. I ordered online and when I arrived I explained that when I ordered the system never asked me for a name but showed them the receipt and the tracker that clearly had my order with their address and proof of payment, the young gentlemen in the front seemed like he wanted to resolve the issue but his higher up or whoever quickly told me I needed to call the company, very dismissive and unwilling to help. I was kind shocked how they all stood there with the dumbest expressions on their face with no willingness to help. When I checked my email it had my name and went back, when I told them my name they said we don’t have your order and shrugged. This Papa Johns goes above and beyond. We went in on July 4th afternoon to get a pizza and chocolate chip "pie." As usual, it was very clean, the food was very fresh and good, the people working there were friendly, and they were all wearing masks. The very sweet woman behind the counter (I wish I had gotten her name - sorry) couldn't have been nicer, and even volunteered to take our order to the car. When we opened the pizza box, we discovered that she had even left a hand written personal note on the inside of the box, wishing my child (by name) a Happy 4th of July.
