Starbucks — Restaurant in Lancaster

I have used Starbucks as a place to meet up for years...I used to eat lunch there every Saturday because the food was great. No longer. The food sucks. I actually drove several blocks to return a breakfast bun which was absolutely tasteless (until you hit the ham and that was a taste that I couldn't get out of my mouth). It used to have great sandwiches - really great sandwiches. No Longer. I loved the cheese and fruit salad - even that has been replaced with mediocre a poor selection.....And the staff should be trained not to scream at each other across the room and dump metal silverware into metal pans....It certainly has gone down hill .... needless to say I neither go there any more nor do I recommend...

This is not the norm for Starbucks that I visit but it seems like to many stars for this location. I started by making the mistake of stopping here. Continued by ordering the same drink that I do where I frequent about 14 other Starbucks locations. I was corrected and scalded for ordering it by the wrong name. The drink was made hot when I ordered it over ice. Finally when I got the drink it was from a nicer person apologizing for the girls actions but I just threw away the 4 dollar drink because it was watered down since they took out the tea bags and it just tasted like a glass of dirty warm water. I don’t know what’s happening to this Starbucks, I keep trying because is so much closer and convenient but today was my last try they are making the drinks so tasteless it’s like they just add milk and water down coffee, my faves are caramel macchiato or white chocolate moca hot or ice, love the one in valley central way but these one in k and 20 west I’m always just throwing my money away through drive thru I just dum it cause I’m on the go, but inside I take it back and they still make the coffee tasting like ass! And the employees look, and greet you like they are chained and so unhappy maybe...
