Starbucks — Restaurant in Lancaster

I’ve been ordering the same coffee everytime we go to SB. Unfortunately, this place is a disappointment. Definitely not the same taste we got and it’s very annoying! When I looked at my frappe, I notice something’s missing. And so they said chocolate curls is not available…I mean, I would appreciate if you’ve told me at least, right? I get that it only cost $0.50 but the principle of not telling your customer is not available? Number 2, one of my order is double chocolatey chip frappe - but it taste like milk frappe with 5 cups of sugar! Are you out of chocolates? Like, for real? It tasted awful! Such a waste for a customized venti frappe. You can tell the difference between the pic on their SB Menu and what I got! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT?

I was grabbing my friends drink and the lady thought I was stealing it. Loudly asked “Is that your water” trying to embarrass me in front of the store. She even checked up on me to make sure I was telling the truth if it was mine or not. Really wish I got her name as it’s not okay to assume someone is stealing!! proceeded to have an attitude the rest of the time i was gathering my order. I didn’t tell her anything but I really hope she knows not to treat anyone like that. Also they never shake their matcha properly because it’s always chunky. How do you knowingly handout chunks of matcha and think it’s fine. Idk, don’t go there if you don’t want to get accused of stealing or you want properly...

This location has always been my favorite, due to how quick and kind they are: however today's visit caused me to lose my cool. The person taking my order was in such a hurry. She was not fully listening to me and not allowing me to finish what I was saying without her cutting me off while trying to complete my order, so yea I lost my cool and yelled at her to slow the F down and let me finish! Situations like this will end my trips to this establishment. SLOW...
