Wow. I was astound at the reaction of the employees...I just couldn't believe it. All 3 ladies Including manager.... just yelled we don't know Spanish we can't help you! 😳 we don't understand we can't take your order be-cuz we don't understand spanish...while cooped up away from the counter between the entry to the back kitchen. Like they even looked Scared together. After my shock... I kindly said don't be scared its ok. He is mentally impaired ( he asked if they sell salads in english) n its ok I speak English.... thats when the manager came tried to apologize n said that their spanish speaking person Was not there after I ask if they don't serve Spanish speaking customers. (Even if we did not know Spanish/English there is ways to sell after all it is a business$)The reaction they had was wrong any ways... she did take the order n food was good. Read moreI normally like Arby's but this time they failed. The drinks were watered down and had a weird after taste. It wasn't just the sodas either cuz my daughter got a sweet tea and it had a very weird after taste as well. We wound up throwing the drinks away. The sandwiches were great but the curly fries were very old and disgusting. The only good thing in our meals were the sandwiches. The fries actually taste way worse than they look. They were either rock hard or soggy, greasy yet cold. I hope they go back to serving good food.
Update I went back to Arby's tonight after getting a call from the district manager. I was a little worried because they forgot our fries but luckily I wasn't too far away. I went back to get them and it was worth it. This time everything was excellent. The mozzarella sticks were warm and gooey. The fries tasted great and fresh. Our sandwiches were amazing, which they usually always are and our drinks tasted great... Crisp. Lol! Thank you for making it right and caring enough about your consumers to even bother with my complaint. Great job! Definitely earned those 5 stars and then some. We'll keep...
Read moreAbout 3 PM on March 5, 2025.....ordered two arbys roast beef ,indoors.....start to eat one, and notice it not even WARM after biting into it....the Blonde Female Manager told me she could re-heat it.....told her NO....refund my money....and she did ....but ARGUED with me about it being SAFE to eat.....told her it better NOT give me salmonella from that one NASTY bite i took.....she argued with me even more.....been eating at this location for last 5 years....always been good, fresh and HOT.....today it was almost COLD, it was not right at all..... Health Department needs to watch this place....and that so-called manager needs to not argue with good customers ....UNBELIEVABLE.....will NEVER return to Arbys again.....way to go Arbys....or way to go arbys manager who actually served me TWO COLD...
