Ace Pan-Asian — Restaurant in Las Vegas

After a long hard day, this was exactly the meal I was craving. A friend brought some for us to share and I was an instant fan! I started off with the bang bang shrimp because it caught my eye, and boy, that did not disappoint! The flavor was wonderful, the rice adds great balance, and the sauce was unique yet flavorful. After that, I chose to try the bourbon chicken, which had great crunch and a nice savory flavor. The wing pops were especially good, and the lo mein was really flavorful and had perfect texture! I loved the food from here, the Szechuan Wing Pops were amaaazing. The seasoning and the crispness was honestly really good even after taking it to my house which is 20 minutes away. The shrimp bang bang bowl , chefs kiss. Truly the flavor and the size of the shrimp was great the amount of rice matches the amount of protein so that was great. But the King Crab Rangoon tops it all off. You can definitely taste the difference from all of those imitation crab that goes in crab Rangoon to real crabs they use in their Rangoon.
