If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This place is an absolute joke. Kayla and their so-called âElvisâ ruined what shouldâve been a beautiful memory for my best friendâs marriage. Instead, they turned it into something sour and uglyâand still had the nerve to charge $300 for it.
From the moment we arrived, full of joy and excitement, they killed the vibe. They told one of us to keep quiet, told another to leave if we didnât like it, and Elvis literally stopped in the middle of the ceremony just to ask if he could âcontinueâ because someone yelled âlove is in the air.â Are you kidding me? Thatâs supposed to be fun, not disrespectful.
Kayla was no better. We werenât allowed to have tripods to record (unless we paid her some mystery âfeeâ she wouldnât even explain), and we couldnât move chairs. Every single thing we did was met with attitude. Instead of celebrating love, it felt like we were being scolded for even being there.
This was supposed to be one of the happiest days of my best friendâs life. Instead, Kayla and Elvis ruined it with their rude, money-grabbing, unprofessional behavior. If youâre thinking of getting married here, think twice. There are plenty of chapels in Vegasâdonât waste your money or your memories on this one.
ââââââââââââââââââââââââââââ Resposding to your response-
Thank you for your response, but letâs be clearâour group was not disruptive. We came in happy, laughing, and excited to celebrate a wedding. Thatâs not âinterruption,â thatâs joy. Elvis stopping mid-ceremony to lecture the couple was unnecessary and embarrassing. That alone ruined the flow far more than a guest cheering âlove is in the air.â
As for your âpolicies,â none of them were explained to us in advance. We were blindsided at the door about tripods, seating, and even moving a single chair. Being told weâd have to pay a fee with no explanation for simply wanting to record a once-in-a-lifetime moment feels exactly like a mystery fee. And Kaylaâs attitude throughout the process was dismissive and disrespectful instead of supportive on what should have been a joyful day.
You can spin it as âprofessional standards,â but the reality is that the way we were treated was unkind, controlling, and hostile. Weddings should be about making the couple feel celebrated, not policed. My best friendâs marriage day was overshadowed by rudeness and unnecessary restrictions.
We stand by our review. Other couples deserve to know how this chapel actually treats people before they trust you with such an...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at Little Chapel of Hearts. The employees were rude and unhelpful from the start, and the minister came across as rushed and uninterested, which completely ruined what should have been a special moment. The service felt impersonal and poorly organized, with no care or effort put into making it memorable.
If youâre looking for a place that values its guests and treats such an important occasion with respect, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. There are many other chapels in Vegas that will make your day feel specialâunfortunately, this was not one of them.
Kayla,
Iâll add to my original post since I canât respond to your response.
Your apology may be sincere. However, it wonât deter me from feeling that choosing your chapel was my worst decision. If our happy guests distracted the minister from reading a script heâs said millions of times, then he really needs to reconsider his profession.
As for you and your employee, the so-called coordinators, the attitude from your part began the moment we stepped in the door. The chairs were the least of our problems.
The main problem was that multiple times you told us to leave and look for another chapel, after we had already paid, and you were not going to issue a refund. Maybe we should have taken your word. Nothing that came out of your mouths...
Read moreThis was fun, romantic, and affordable. There are packages for every thing you could want from just pictures only to full service with Limo rides. The customer service was great, everyone was friendly and accommodating. Iâm not sure if it was my mistake or a system error but when booking online I thought I selected the correct date and maybe I did after paying my deposit. Booking was simple but when I received confirmation I almost had a panic attack because the date confirmed was a week out đą and I wasnât going to be still in Vegas. I called and the manager took of it and immediately took care of this. I would say my experience as a tourist in Vegas overall was up there with Disney and thatâs hard! I mean this place had it all together, very professional. I didnât know what to expect of the actual vow renewal ceremony. I didnât go into it wanting anything in particular, just some good photos and a fun time. We received that and more. Elvis actually gave us some words of wisdom and the singing wasnât so bad either đ All good!!! I could do this again really. I even got a sneak peek of how another couple came in unprepared without their marriage license and the staff guided them on how to get it done quickly. Iâm guessing everyone gets this great service. Forgive the long post. In short, I...
