Nov. 29 2024 apx 9.50 pm . Uber dropped me off out front with my 5 lb chuawua Registered in Nevada Service Animal . I had previously made reservations . Upon entry I was told no pets . No pets no pets I tryed telling the owner I have reservations . No pets no pets no pets I tryed to inform him that Piper was registered in Nevada not a pet . The owner flat out refused my entry Refused to inspect my documentation 100 percent refusal . Denied entry without any consideration . I was angry and called the police hoping they would come out and investigate and I would have a event number and proof of the owners treatment towards me. I was informed to call 311 the non emergency number . Frustrated I walked to the next business and asked if I could plug in my phone as it was about to die. It just happened to be a Hotel . They were more than happy to help as I explained to them what happoned I then called the reservation company and also noticed that they had charged me twice each time was 136.67 Twice. I was put on hold for a long time then they finally came back on. And I explained to them what happened and they coviently told me to call back at a later time . So now without enough money to rent a room somewhere else. I was forced to return to the Veteran s. Shelter and paid another 15 dollars on Uber in addiction to the 14 dollars to get there on Uber. When I finally spoke with someone in the reservation company they kept trying to tell me sorry no cancellation refunds So my payments were taken from my Chime accounts A lot of money Now here it is February the 11 th 2025 and I received the 137.67 back for the duplicate charge However I was denied by chime for the dispute I had to file with them for the original charge for the room . I still am fighting for the refund . This was in no way shape or form in any manner my fault . In fact the hotel owner broke a NRS statue that requires intry with a service animal. I am a victim . Not to mention I am a disabled US Army Veteran. Not only have I been put through emotional distress I have been Violated and made to. Feel like I m a nuisance This hotel owner should not only be fined but he should be forced to refund my money as well as the Uber money and apologize for his unprofessional and down rite rude behavior

Brief: Please, avoid at all costs, for your safety, your health, and whatever business you had going on here. This place should not exist, it makes third world shanty towns look like Hiltons. Verbose: Landed in Las Vegas last fall (2023) for a technology conference and had the opportunity to survive the experience of being booked at this dump, don't relive this experience. This OYO is not the OYO Las Vegas on the strip, it is a destitute dumpster fire in a desperate part of town not suited for the business casual types. There are clear gaps in the windows where the AC units sit and the window jams, allowing someone with functioning hands to remove the minimalist obstructions and let themselves into your room. (See Pics) The rooms have nice mirrors, of which reveal uncleaned streak marks from last night's occupants' foray into 'fun time' (or not). It's right across the street from the 24x7 wedding place and I'm sure this is the complimentary honeymoon suite of despair, lost hope, and crushed dreams. Just don't stay here; ever, even in a moment of desperation.

Ok, so I was on a tight budget and this was available. I'm willing to overlook a lot of stuff knowing that this is a cheap motel, but OMG this place is creepy looking. Bed was comfy and there weren't any bed bugs. Only real issue I had was the water in the shower never got hot, just kind of warm. They give you the BARE MINIMUM. Bring your own shampoo cause they don't provide it. The bathroom was extremely beat down and literally had 8 different types of tile in it from various repairs over the years. You get a bed, a night stand, a Jacuzzi tub that's literally right next to the bed, a crooked TV, a shower, a toilet, a couple towels and 2 tiny bars of soap and that's it. Btw the lobby is a smoke shop which I thought was hilarious. Overall I might stay here again in a pinch. Just set your expectations before coming here. This is easily the scummiest looking motel I've ever seen or stayed at, but at the end of the day it served my needs.

My friend and I stayed at OYO Oasis Motel last weekend, and without pulling any punches, it was absolutely repulsive. We thought we knew what we were getting ourselves into considering, yes, it was a motel … but we were disgusted the moment we walked in. ||||In all honesty, we passed a few rooms that you could see into during our stay, and I think we may have been given the worst room they had to offer (if you get 25, run). The moment we walked in, we could literally hear the carpet crunch under our feet. I don’t think it (or any part of the room) had been cleaned in a long time. The bed had cigarette burns in the bedding and the mattress, as well as stains. (We actually brought our own sheets, pillow cases, and towels with us just in case and I’m so glad that we did). The walls were covered in stains - of what, who knows? There were two dead cockroaches in the bedroom. When we unraveled the curtains to give ourselves some privacy, we found wads of gum inside. The bathroom smelled like actual feces and there was either a smear of it, or blood, on the door. The floor and shower were stained pretty badly, shower curtain was so filthy that it wouldn’t actually pull away from itself (so the one shower we each had we couldn’t use the curtain at all), and the shower’s hot water didn’t work. The one mirror in the entire room was in the bathroom and it had a used, bloody bandaid stuck to it.||||We ended up playing the floor is lava, and didn’t touch any part of the floor, or any of our stuff other than the soles of our shoes, and our luggage. ||||We honestly should have turned around and demanded a refund immediately, but it was When We Were Young weekend and there was nothing else available at such short notice (believe me, we checked).||||I travel for work and have stayed in places all of the country for 100-150 days plus per year. ||||We should have taken photographs of our experience, but I was honestly too frustrated and wanted to forget our visit as soon as possible. But after leaving I got a conscience and want to share our thoughts because if I’d have read this review maybe I’d have just spent more at the time to stay somewhere else. ||||We would absolutely never stay at this motel again. We fully expected to have to rough it a little bit, but this was genuinely a health hazard with the bloody bandaid and smear of poop or blood on the bathroom door. If we would have had a rental car, we probably would’ve walked right back outside and...

If I could give this motel a 0 I would. My partner rented this dump for $171 for one night. He rented it on an app that stated Oyo, located in the Tropicana hotel and not this location . When we opened the door the number on the door was falling off. As we opened the door, the walls were full of plaster, light grayish dull not painted walls. The rug was wet and very dirty that our socks spoke..super dirty feet . We didn't even want to touch the floor . The lights were two bulbs that were not bright and one was almost out. Not enough lighting. We had to buy an extra roll of toilet paper cause there was less than half of a roll in the restroom when we arrived , the shower walls were dirty as well as shower curtain and the restroom door would not close. It was stained too. The bed springs were horrible, bed sheets smelled old and dusty and fowl smell the whole time in the room and the tv was a boxed TV that had no antenna. It was not even seeable let alone no wifi , the ac or heater was yellow, old and falling apart . Talk about horror movies and killers staying at bad motel rooms ...yeah this place should be tore down. That's what it really cost $20 ...the deposit we gave the person of the entrance. I have traveled the world and this is by far the worst place ever in my life! Thank God it was one night and we slept with our clothes on and on top of the two layered bed sheets. It's not a cheap stay, but it looks like it. That building really needs to be tore down and built again. It's a night mare...
