Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Like most Americans during this pandemic I'm using the food delivery services a lot and when I seen that Grub Hub served as a source for delivery with Pizza Hut I was sold. More on this later. Time to vent.

I sadly live in a Pizza Hut desert. They used to have a store in the Sunrise City Plaza 2797 S Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89109 which was a short ten minute drive from where I live. They chose to move this store to 3050 E Desert Inn Rd., #101, Las Vegas, NV 89121 which is 3 miles away. This resulted in many a "COLD" pizza after they moved. The only other one is two miles away at 2600 W Sahara Ave, Suite 102, Las Vegas, NV 89102 and they won't deliver within two miles on either side of the Las Vegas Strip...WTH? I never heard of a business wanting to lose money.

Now for the real skinny, I ordered a medium Supreme with the garlic buttery blend crust and it was just like it had always been. They never skimp on the toppings and the crust tastes like a breadstick from The Olive Garden which makes the crust worth waiting for! You'll need a breath mint after eating it, just know that it's worth every bite!

I am extremely frustrated with the service I received regarding a refund inquiry for a terrible experience with my recent Pizza Hut order. The delivery driver was rude, my order was late, and the food arrived cold. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, I spoke with Carlwin Marcu, who was completely unhelpful and unwilling to assist me. Rather than acknowledging my concerns, Carlwin dismissed me and refused to offer any solutions or compensation for the inconvenience.

To make matters worse, when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, Carlwin flat-out refused, leaving me feeling completely unheard and disregarded. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Pizza Hut, this is not the experience I expect from such a well-known brand. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and all I asked for was a digital coupon or some form of compensation to make up for the poor service. Instead, I was met with indifference and refusal to escalate my concern.

So last night I decided to order from Pizza Hut cause I was really hungry and tired, normally I only order from Domino's which they usually have really good deals. Anywho I order thru the mobile app it was suppose to be for delivery as I got to checkout it asked if I wanted to give a tip which I did of $3.50 when I hit the submit button it said my order would be ready in ten minutes something told me to track my order, low and behold the order somehow got switched to take out why on earth would I give a tip for a take out order. So I called the store to switch to delivery the so-called manager said well I have to charge you for the delivery fee I told her I just paid over $30 already which should've included the delivery fee and a tip, she said no you were not charged the delivery fee. So I ended up waiting 30 minutes more for my order when I got my food my pizza was lukewarm and dry as can be plus they forgot my soda and the driver had to go back to get it. I'm never ordering from pizza Hut ever again they say No one out Pizzas the Hut umm I beg to differ Domino's...
