The absolute worst service. I ordered a salad and sandwich to go, when I got the order home I Iwas pulling out several pieces of rotten lettuce. So I called the store to ask for a refund. I was put on phone with a manager. She was very rude when she got on the phone. She did not address me with "hello may I help you" just "hello! with a major attitude which in turn elevated the whole situation. When I told her what the problem was she immediately told me the lettuce is not rotten. I'm looking right at the salad with rotten lettuce in it. She claimed she made the salad. Since she had such a bad attitude and would not accept responsibility for what a customer is telling her. I told her she needs to do a better job at paying attention to what she's putting in a salad. She then proceeded to hang up on me to inconvenience me even more so of course I had to drive down to the store. When I get to the store the employee is telling me that she's taking a short break and was not available. What a punk. I've been to Capriottis before. The food is usually pretty good. Read moreThis review has nothing to do with the food and everything to do with my customer service experience. I came during peak hours, which is obviously a busy time, but that wasn't a bother to me. The problem was your cashier, her name was Sarah. She was very rude and short towards my mother and I. We walked in, and waited in what we thought was the line leading to the register. Once we approached her she glanced up, never made eye contact with us and said "are you guys ordering or picking up?" We told her we were ordering and she rudely told us "you have to go over there and order" with an attitude and looked away from us. I've never been to this location and wasn't aware of where I had to order, since most places you order at the register. I didn't like the tone of voice she used towards us, and about 5 minutes after we ordered, a Caucasian male walked in and she greeted him in a friendly manner and gladly helped accomadate his order, didn't make the remark she made towards me and my mom, and helped him out with no problem. Read moreThe first time I came here, the service was amazing and the food was good. Two months later I came here again expecting the same service but I was completely mistaken. The workers seemed new and they took about 40 minutes to complete a 1/2 sub and soup combo. The sandwich seemed like it has been in the wrap for a long time, giving me the impression it was premade, and reheated. My friend ordered a salad that didn't get to him until the next 20 min. And to top it all off, the the salad box was covered in a sauce other than what we ordered meaning that the workers didn't even change gloves. Yes, it took us an hour for two 1/2 sub, a soup and a salad which took us 5 minutes to finish due to our hunger. The food here is good, the service and workers are terrible. While I was eating, there was an employe's mom screaming at her kid telling her this and that, causing a whole scene whole the workers just sat back and idle watched. They are not personable people and definitely unhygienic. Would not recommend coming here.
