Del Taco — Restaurant in Las Vegas

This is the worst Del Taco ever @ 7757 N El Capitan Way, Las Vegas, NV 89143. Every time I go there, there is something missing as far as the ingredients. This time was the second time I ordered the Epic Cali Burrito. The first time ordered no sour cream or guacamole. This time a tiny amount of guacamole at the bottom of burrito. The sour cream was chunked instead of creamy when sour cream hits hot food. I specifically asked the girl taking my order to make sure both are on burrito. So I call up and talk to them and the girl that answered the phone was the one that made my burrito. She said well we only put 2 pumps of guacamole and sour cream on our food. Are you kidding me, if you can't afford to make the food like the advertised pictures take it off the menu. After all we are paying for it and we order by looking at the menu pictures as well. Total false advertising, you don't get anything like the advertised menu. And for the workers at Del Taco this is how the Epic burrito is supposed to be.

I just got back from the drive through and devoured my tacos and burrito in a matter of seconds. I wanted to take the time to do a review because it’s not common that fast food is good all the way around. It’s about 5pm and there wasn’t a long wait at the drive through. The girl who answered was very kind and I like how she responded when I asked how she was doing- most people get annoyed when I ask or ignore me, not here! I ordered a large #1 which was 2 crunchy del tacos, fries and a drink. I also got one of each of the crispy chicken soft tacos and a red bean and cheese burrito. The drink I got was a coke and it was crispy! I’m surprised because I’m usually disappointed with fountain drinks. The tacos were all fresh, the crispy chicken was fresh as well! Everything was hot and delicious. Even the fries, which my toddler thoroughly enjoyed and they weren’t too salty. Less than 20$, great deal- way better than taco bell. I’m definitely going to have to come back and try everything...

This del taco sucks! The employees they hire are terrible. Idc that they are teens but when you hire people for your food establishment they should be decent at the very least. We have had numerous bad encounters but it’s the closest one so yes we still go when we want something close that’s not McDonald’s. Tonight my husband paid $40 for $20 worth of food. Yes he should have checked but he said he wanted to get out of there and home. They forgot two orders of churros we got and the 3 orders of deluxe cheese fries ended up being plain fries and only putting in a very small amount!! All 3 of them!!!!! On top of that we can’t even get through to them on the phone. This was the last straw and we will not go back now. Horrible service and terrible employees. Check every detail of your order before leaving with their food. This wrong order and terrible employee service was done just after 7pm on October 8th. I’m furious to have spent so much money and got what should have been half...
