DJ's New York Pizza — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Waited two hours for delivery and still nothing. Restaurant won't answer the phone. ChowNow can't get a hold of them either. I'm told by ChowNow all they can do is ask the restaurant for a refund as billing goes directly through the restaurant. So I have to do a chargeback with my bank or eat the cost. That cost is all I'll be eating tonight it seems.

Edit: Google Maps lists this restaurant as temporarily closed. Why the heck are they accepting orders and taking money then? Something isn't right here.

Oh, and look at the snarky and disrespectful replies to other negative reviews. Wish I would have looked further into them before ordering.

UPDATE: DoorDash was who ChowNow contracted for the delivery, and DoorDash stepped up and refunded the order amount.

So yummy and really great value. I got the fettuccine alfredo with shrimp which came with garlic bread and a side salad as well. The fettuccine alfredo was probably the best I've ever had extremely creamy and cheesy and it had so much sauce which is exactly how I love it. I also had a 14-in pepperoni and pineapple pizza which was delicious and cheesy. All the flavors tasted really well together and it tasted like a perfectly balanced Pizza. The side salad had a lot of fresh delicious Greens in it and it had bell peppers, onions, juicy tomato, juicy cucumber, and mixed greens. Not too far but for disabled couple it is a long ways. The internet said done in, carry out or delivery. Very disappointed to find out that done in was only a few tables and chairs. Walked back to hotel and ordered. Food was brought but I went to the front and driver went to the back of hotel. By the time I figured it out and went to the back entrance, the driver was gone. Called and finally got food reordered, took another half hour. Got food and went to room. Did not get an itemized bill nor was one offered.And was charged $68.00+ for our food. Not complaining about the price, but would have liked to get a bill. Will got to different hotel next time and not order...
