Would not attend again. Food 3 as it was good but not worth the wait times. Husband and I were stopping for a snack during first Friday. We stopped here as it was open and close and had very few people they were serving. Probably 4 tables outside all night. Even on a slow night, they were lacking in the service department. The blonde girl in charge of our table seemed really passive aggressively rude and inattentive . She only took our first drink order, the manager took an order for us, even though the courtyard was empty and this lady was no where to be seen. We got a 2nd waitress and she was more helpful but the waits on food and drink were still Unbearably slow. To the point we canceled our last food order because it was taking too long. Even with 3 waitresses circling around our table.
When we finally said we don’t want the sandwich anymore and we don’t want to pay for it, they insisted on packing it for us as it had come out last second. The initial waitresses response to our disappointment and declaration of not wanting the food and not wanting it on our bill was “aaaaaahhh buuuummmmmmeeeeerr you guys were so fun. I hope it wasn’t meeeeeeee” (it was) we spent 3 hours there with terrible service as we couldn’t get the bill fast enough. They charged us for the packed sandwich we said twice we didn’t want to be billed for as it took too long.
Our intention was the explore the first Friday festivities. By the time they got us the check, it was 11pm and everything was stopping festivities wise. The service here really ruined our night and timing for the evening and landed us stuck in this bar that we were hardly being attended to. The band was nice. The vibes were okay, but that waitresses demeanor put me off and the general lack of management for the staff was apparent. I shouldn’t have to beg my waitress for attention or beg for my tab or turn down food because it did not come out in an appropriate time. I shouldn’t have to wait 30+ minutes for a sandwich. Terrible experience. We had absolutely no justification to tip the staff as it was disappointing and they had 3 whole hours to make it right. I...
Read moreI kicked off my wedding weekend celebrations with welcome drinks at Jammyland, and it was nothing short of amazing!
From the get-go, Dani was a dream to work with. She helped me set up a payment system that allowed our 30 guests to cover their own drinks while I took care of the food. It made things so easy!
Upon arrival, they had a section of the bar reserved for us, but with the beautiful weather, everyone gravitated to the lovely outdoor patio, and they were super accommodating. Dani coordinated the food timing perfectly, even adjusting for some late arrivals, which we truly appreciated.
The food was fantastic, with options for vegetarians. I couldn’t get enough of their sweet potato fries—they were a game changer!
Now, let’s talk cocktails. They were incredible! The server and bartender were so knowledgeable about the signature drinks, helping guests find the perfect choice based on their cravings. One of my guests, who doesn’t drink alcohol, raved about the custom mocktails made for her—they were the best she’s ever had.
The service was impeccable. Our server managed multiple drink orders effortlessly and created tabs for everyone with ease. Dani checked in with us several times, ensuring we felt well taken care of.
Overall, I can’t recommend Jammyland enough. They went above and beyond to make the night special and effortless for us...
Read moreI came here as the final stop on a Finger Licking Foodie Tour. First off, if you’re visiting Vegas, book one. So fun and seamless. But back to Jammyland. I ordered a Selective Light cocktail and my mom got a Baby Driver mocktail. Both were delicious! Super fresh ingredients and mixers. After we got seated they got started on our dishes. Our server/bartender/unofficial tour guide Jesse, brought us a beef patty, the pepper pot sliders and a jerk wing. He took time to explain the ingredients and cooking process of each item. Everything was flavorful and spicy. After that he brought out a small portion of the pineapple bread pudding with a lil scoop of homemade ice cream (no photo because I ate it too fast lol). Warm, sweet, and the perfect pairing. The cherry on top was that we asked for recommendations as we’re here for the weekend and he gave us several things to do and see. Cannot say enough good things. Thank you, Jesse for making our first night in...
